I'm not sure about the first one. If anything, it would either be fair or unfair to the Dogtag bunny, but get another opinion.
For the second one, unfair to you. Just the Advent on your side is enough for their Cookie Advent.

First one seems fair, the bunnies based on older CS dogs are usually worth the same, not including the joker and butterbuns.
The other one I think its slightly unfair to you, the bunny is worth a common advent.

Rainbow drafts are in less demand I believe, so yes. Unfair to the koi. But I'm not entirely sure on it, so you might want another opinion.

1.) It would definitely be unfair to the Koi. It comes from the 6th, while the RD comes from the 8th. And the RD is a 'common' Rare, and it's worth bascially nothing.
2.) I'd call that fairish, but you'd need another opinion on that.

Third one is unfair to them, since the difference between the black advent and red X is a light leopard/target and the difference between the toxic and sorbet is a lot more, but the demand wise, people are willing to offer sorbets for the BA so it may be probably unfair to you.
So, if your going by demand its unfair to you and if our going by rarity its unfair to them.
Sorry its confusing.
