Summer Im sorry i didnt post this last night eh ended up at the emergency room.

I see she's been here awhile and that honestly surprises me, she's got a simple design and nice coloration, a very good character who I'd love to adopt. I lovelovelove fantasy creatures because they leave so many possibilities and they're each unique in their own right. I would like to adopt Kyrah because she's a beautiful character and I'd like to use her not only to draw but maybe in a story or two, and she is fun to draw let me tell you, I love that tail. XD Definitely gunna be used in one story that I'm writing now, I've got the perfect role for her and her being a mythical creature really helps.
Personality: Kyrah is a very quiet creature, like most of her kind. However she doesn't seem to be afraid of anything bigger than her, because those things you can see. No it's when something is smaller than her that she is absolutely terrified, for this she sticks to scavenging for scraps from other animal's kills or eating berries and other vegetation. She can't bring herself to actually chase a mouse, it could turn on her and she might get bit! (:o)
Kyrah depends greatly on other predators for her meaty meals since she is too scared to hunt herself. Because she is not afraid of things bigger than her and as a Kayrah she is very fast, she will normally steal meat from the larger predators and flee, this is at a great risk but sometimes you just want meat.
History: Kyrah was originally from another dimension on Earth, her world was very different then ours as was the world she would eventually find herself in. One night while Kyrah was a young adult she was transported to a strange land by entering what she thought was a harmless cave mouth. When instead she walked a few paces in and stepped right off the edge of a precipice, when she awoke she wasn't in a cave at all but laying under a large fur tree. After walking around aimlessly for a bit she began to realize this was not anything like where she had been before, there was snow all around and it seemed like a very mountainous place.
Thinking it the best course of action Kyrah made her way down and out of the snowy mountain area. At the bottom of the mountain it was almost unnatural how the trees of one kind just stopped and another type of land continued on, she was now in what appeared to be dense jungle. In that jungle she ran across some very peculiar animals who were much bigger than her, they introduced themselves as Jaguar Mystics. Kyrah told the group of big cats where she had come from and asked them where she might find a den of her own kind, to her shock they told her they'd never seen an animal like her before but had heard of other creatures transporting into the world like she had. They called it the hand of Urethima picking those who will fight, the god above all other gods had picked her to cross over and help take part in some small way in the "final battle". Of course to her this made zero sense, these cats had obviously eaten some kind of bad mushroom or something. She wasn't a warrior by any right, the only thing that made her stand out as odd for her kind was her fear of small animals and fearlessness in the face of those much larger than her.
The Jaguars offered for her to join them as they traveled, at least until she knew what she wanted to do and she accepted, what else was she to do?
In the end it seems to have worked out pretty well for her, she's kept fed and been introduced to more strange animals than she can count. She even began to think herself lucky, the Jaguars were one of the most respected and friendly races in all of the new and strange land called Tera'Chal. Kyrah still doesn't know why she was brought to this world but it may all be revealed in time...

Sorry I don't want to reveal much more on her, it would spoil the story plot which mainly focuses on the "last battle". ;P

I am a little confused as to why donations were closed the first week of the month, to be honest. They said they would reopen the 25th of September, which is the last week of the month, so either it was changed without my knowledge, or there was a mix up.

Woot, new week.
