I do have a idea for a rule to make it fair.
How about people who have more than 10 EBAs can't go for the next one that comes out? It'll be fair, and new ones come out often, so it'll be reasonable ^^

Eh. I don't like it.
I'm not saying it because I want to them win them all-honestly, if you think that I'm that selfish you're a bit insecure-I just don't think that's fair. It would mean you can't go for your favorite design, or favorite species, or rare, uber, rare, new species, etc. I think that it would make this place unfair.
It's plenty fair already. There's not anything unfair here.

I have to say,it would not be a good idea to make a rule like that.People would miss Uber rares and there would be less forms.Plus,what it you won one,but the next one you loved so much?Then you couldn't go for it.Not a good idea,sorry to say.
