What date did you register as a CS member?: August 28, 2008.
How many posts have you made in the forum (at the time of applying): I have made 1730 posts.
How many days a week do you usually visit CS? Every day usually.
How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit? I spend atleast two hours on weekdays, but usually 6-8+ on Fridays and weekends. On weekdays I do have college work, but I find time to come on, as said, for at least 2 hours.
Have you moderated on any other forums before? I do! I moderate
xx, username Phanto. I moderate the actual site as well,
xx , username Mello. I've also moderated now dead role play forums, and have owned a couple.
Have you ever used the CS oekaki to draw? Oh yes! I do draw more than on Oekaki, though, I tend to also use my photoshop. I don't find, though, that how many drawings you've made has anything to do with moderating skills.
Do you ever spend much time browsing the oekaki board just to look at the art posted there? I browse. I've pm'd Oekaki Mods before about art that is misplaced or breaking any of the rules for Oekaki. I also look, of course, because the artwork is stunning! I spend quite a lot of time looking around at all of the sections. I tend to look at colored in for long periods of time aswell; checking for any character design steals.
Now the important question: Why do you want to be an oekaki moderator for CS? I think it'd be an enjoyable experience! I would love to, and have always wanted to, help out CS! I do also like to take action as soon as possible, and with such a rank it would be more easy than pm'ing and waiting. I despise art theft, character theft, and so on, which gives me a strong drive. I have had experience with art theft before, and whether I'm a rank to deal with it or not, I post and report anyways. I believe I could be a strong asset to the team, but of course, it's not me who decides. I do not tolerate any sorts of theft, and even if it was someone I knew, I'd immediately tag them down for it. I am not easily offended, and, being a mod on a chatsite, being raged at doesn't phase me.
Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position (this is not required): My mother is a therapist, so I have picked up many techniques to calming people down, comforting people, and keeping a firm but not mean hold on things.
- Thank you!
