how do you do it?

Easy,choose a color,set the paint brush to 60 and above,choose the brightest color,make a circle in the middle,then choose the move down a little to get a little darker color,the go around the light color,and so own.Then get the smodge tool,set it big,and make straight lines going around it ALL.Ok?If it doesnt come out right tell me,and tell me what color,and ill put one is editable oekaki for u.
