Why do you want this animal and what will you do for it?:Vimmy. Why do I want him? I must chuckle a little at this question you are asking of me, for you see, I want Vimmy for a comedic story. I planned it about a herding breed dog living in an Amish community accidentally going to the city and getting lost. I formed it in my head around the song "Amish Paradise" By Weird Al. I needed a good character and was going make some kind of big mutt for the story, but when I saw Vimmy it screamed "He's an aussie. He will fit perfect." So you see I felt like I had to try for him.
If I was to get him I would finish writing his story, as I can only give a sampling of it right now and do some art of him, maybe RP with him a little bit and play around with his character concept. Probably order some art of him, the usually snazzy jazzy stuff.

CarsPurpose:Bred on a farm in an Amish community Vimmy was used for herding and guarding. From a young age Vimmy took to all challenges and did well in his training, his only aim was to please his master, Rick. Once he ended up in the city he was sent to animal control where a regular volunteer, and young girl saw the potential in the young gangly dog and contacted her uncle, John, who did search and rescue. His previous partner dog, also a blue merle tricolour aussie, had been killed in a rock slide two years prior and the man refused to get a new partner. However, he couldn't refuse Vimmy and soon adopted.
Personality: Vimmy is a young soul. He is very playful, but can buckle down quickly and is devoted to his work which he loves. He is quick mentally and physically. He is very helpful and loves helping and saving people more than anything else in the world, probably explaining his dedication to his work. Vimmy is a very sociable and friendly dog who likes meeting new people and dogs. He is not the kind of dog to be shy and will take the first step to forge a friendship. Vimmy has some trust issues with women as it was a woman who tricked him into the feral dog trap. He will approach a man before a woman, and unusual trait in dogs with trust issues. He often thinks of his farm and this can cause the usually happy-go-lucky Vimmy to become depressed.
Theme Song:Amish Paradise- By Weird Al Yankovic
History/Background:~ Prolouge ~
Late on a damp, dark night out it the country where a large group of Amish people reside there was the stirrings of life. It the barn, amongst all the sleeping sheep, a beautiful blue merle Australian shepherd curled around her new litter of five puppies. The father leapt over the sleeping sheep and over to her side. His red tricolour pelt glowed in the dim moonlight. He nuzzled her and she stifled a yawn and drifted to sleep. He smiled and padded to the barn entrance, no one would get into the barn, not tonight.
~ Chapter 1 ~
Four gangly puppies dashed around the barn, darting and weaving through the sheep. They nipped their heels and barked just as they had seen their parents do. The sheep bleated frantically, trying to escape from the rampaging puppies. "Enough!" A voice boomed through the barn causing the pups to freeze. "You know you are not to chase the sheep after what happened to Lucy." The voice growled. The voice belonged to Maximus, the pups' father. The puppies started trembling at the memories of their sister being trampled to death by the sheep during the raid. Men had came with other large, scary dogs with prick ears. The started herding the sheep and trying to steal them. They had tried to steal the puppies too, but their parents fended them off. The got away with a only a few sheep, but in the panic the pup's sister Lucy had been trampled to death. The father sighed, seeing what he had done. He hopped off the hay bale and rounded the pups up. "I'm sorry I didn't mean to bring that up." He licked each one and sighed yet again. "Come on, time for your final lesson."
~ Chapter 2 ~
The pups bounded after their father through the tall, yellow grass until they spotted their mother. They took off after her and leapt around her feet. She smiled and bent down to their height. "Hello my darlings." She whipered. It looked like she had been crying, and the pups knew why. Today was their final lesson, assiting their new people. For nine weeks the pups had been having lessons. These things varied from starting on sheep, to learning to help with house hold work, running alongside a horse, being good, not relieving themselves in the house and so forth. All the pups had done well, and today they would go to new homes. Their master had homes lined up before they were even born and now it was time for them to go to new homes. Since Maximus and Rain, the pups mother, were still young, all the pups were being sold. Their master came over a picked up each pup and placed them in a large wooden crate. Their new owners knew which pupp to take by the colour of string around their neck. Their mother padded up to the crate and looked at her pups playing together on the straw. She nuzzled a small red merle female who looked sad. "Good-bye Lizzie my dear, always be strong." She turned and nuzzled a large, pudgey red tricolour male "Be good Lucky my dear." She smiled and turned to another girl pup, this time a traditional tricolour aussie. She was splattered with mud and pouncing on Lucky again and again. "Now Linda, do try and keep clean!" She chuckled and nuzzled her. Finally she turned her attention to a leggy, blue merle tricoloured pup. He appeared to be in his own world and the mother sighed. Her eyes looked teary and she nuzzled him, snapping his attention to the real world again. "Good-bye my beloved Leo, try your best." She mummured. Unlike the others, he responded "Don't worry Mama. I will. I
promise." He nuzzled her back and she smiled and left.
