There are three levels of customs:
simple, moderate, and difficult.
Simple: one or two colors, few markings
Moderate: few colors, more markings
Difficult: complex color, detailed markings
The current price for a SIMPLE custom is:
one wishlist rare OR 4 wishlist uncommons.
The current price for a MODERATE custom is:
two wishlist rares OR 7 wishlist uncommons.

The current price for a DIFFICULT custom is:
one Very Rare OR three rares OR 10 wishlist uncoms.
