Breed: Gypsy Vanner Horse
Mare: Any
Side note: I used http://www.bigpinefarm.com/images/6135C.jpg as a ref. Obviously, they are much fluffier than as seen above. Also, I got bored and the mane/tail came out funny. Sorry. C: I'll probably edit it later.

The idea is good ^^ I don't quite consider Vanners a draft breed. But please do choose a mare so I can sort him accordingly~
