Sorry for the delay, but at least that's my last big essay finished, so things should be on time from now on. ^^ Lots of great applications - they've even managed to improve on last time and there were several that scored 90% or higher. Unfortunately, a few of those were applying for the same characters and not all could win despite their awesomeness. With eight applications, #7 had the most applicants on a single design yet.
