yes, they are. however, you must dill in the form what is currently not up yet. when the form is up, you must fill in all the sections correctly for it to be judged. if you do not finish something like the story, personality or art you will be disqualified due to lack of info.

as soon as Sunny chose's one of her and Miranda's lovely pups the forms will be up.

At the end, it will close and the whole W.o.I board will score the forms. the form with the most percentage or points will be the winner and they will have the pup.

You can't order one of these pups. Its not fair. You have to fill out a form. You have to fill out a story,decide the name,draw the art,and all that. There will be judges who will look at each form to decide who will keep these little Warriors.
