This, is Asteria. Asteria is an Amazon Warrior name, and translated from Greek, means "Of the sky", which I thought fit her since she has both the armour plates, and wings!x3

Asteria has lime green eyes and a black nose and pawpads. Her base fur color is a deep purple with lime green and black markings. She has two, silver armour plates covering her front forelegs, held on with lime green bands. Around her ears, are black wires, which shine lime green in the dark. Asteria also has a silver nose ring, and a stud lip piercing, along with a glowing, lime green lightning bolt shaped necklace.
