Claykit could see the disappointment behind his mother's smile he sat up and walked away to the nursery to his kin

Rosebud watched him go "i could see him as a good medicine cat but its up to him and Starclan" she sighed

Foxkit and Mintkit began to stir.

Claykit yawned and walked to the back of the den. he curled up and fell asleep quickly

Frostkit pretended to eb asleep everyone is worried about Claykit...is he sick or something? he thought

Rosebud took a deep breath "you never know maybe someday he'll e a great warrior. then we'll think it was silly we ever wanted him to be a medicine cat" she laughed softly

She chuckled.

Foxkit and Mintkit woke up and stared at Claykit.

"whats wrong with him?" Frostkit asked softly to Foxkit and Mintkit "i don't get it? is he different?" he asked

Goldenheart padded in as he asked this and looked down at her kits. "Claykit is no different from any of you. He just cant speak." She sighed.

Mintkit looked at her mom and frowned then looked at Foxkit and Frostkit. 'Well you heard her!"

Foxkit shrugged.

Frostkit hissed at Mintkit's 'i'm perfect-ness' and laid down closing his eyes "goodnight" he murmured softly

Brownpaw turned to run and felt the fox bite her hind leg. she pulled away and ran after Eaglepaw as quick as she could she felt the blood running down her leg but she ignored it

Rosebud took a deep breath "have you considered that he is mute?" she asked softly

(haha well after they were fighting over the fish they got along and Quailpaw and Silverpaw got all mushy and stuff now their all back to their own camps and....well not much Winter its not that same without the co-owner oh! and Rainstep is dying and Goldenheart and Rosebud are talking about CLaykit because he doesn't talk and he's tiny 0.o )

Eaglepaw could feel the fox's hot breath on his paws as he ran, the fox snapped at him a couple times but Eaglepaw manged to not get hurt except for a small bite that was only bleeding a little bit. As they left the abandoned part of the forest the fox's stopped and watched them leave. Eaglepaw looked at Brownpaw and saw that she was bleeding heavily from a bite on her leg, he asked, "Are you okay Brownpaw?"

Brownpaw looked up a small smile played on her face "of course! you expect me to go down that easily?" she laughed softly she touched her nose to his cheeks "thanks" she purred

Eaglepaw blushed slightly, "Your welcome, lets get back to camp."
