You can auction for a monZter egg, but currently no monsters are up for auction. C;
Or you can win in a contest, held by saikiyo, but again, no contest(s) are held at the moment. :3
The last way is by PMing saikiyo a great theme for her next egg, but to be honest, that may not be so common for other people who want a MonZter egg. ;3

Sometimes eggs are up for bid, or contests are held to get one. I am not quite sure about adopting, I think they are very rarely up for adoption... Just usually auctions or contests :3
