I like the pet of the week raffle idea. I love it but cant think of a story for him so wont go for him. In a raffle it would mean I had more time.

I like the mascot idea, the agency has no mascot.

like maybe everyone that wants to designs one, then the agency staff each nominates one, then a public poll is put up to determine the mascot!

The mascot is under the works by the staff... so I do not think having a mascot contest for it would be a good idea. =/

However, a raffle for the pet of the week sounds like a good idea. The revamp contest is definitely my favorite idea, though.

I would suggest talking it out with the rest of the staff... though. I mean, if there is going to be a prize, shouldn't it be something the entire staff can agree with/know about? Plus they should be informed of the contest.
