However, I do have a question. After reading the thread I didnt see anything about colors?
I may just be blind lol but is there any regulations on natural vs. unnatural?

They are usually natural colored, it is rare for them to have unnatural colors and uncommon for them to have a little unnatual colors. This info is in the facts on the information page.
