As the owner of H10.3, I can say that this is a very hard job, and with school and other outside life it is very hard to keep up. I had to give H10.3 up because I got accepted into a year 11 class in school (I'm year 10), and it was going to be very hard to do all my work and this at the same time. I'm sure Shady has got a similar reason for wanting to give this up, and I don't blame her. Everyone needs a break sometimes, and I'm sure other people want to have a go at owning such a fantastic place.
