Qualifications(small text/explanation): Well, while I may not be the most historied person out there, what I lack in experience, I make up for in enthusiasm and pretty decent work. I take great pride in my designs (both fan art of species on CS and original designs) and despite not having a tablet to work with (I'm poor >>) my line adaptations and colorings are pretty good. I am almost always available; I also spend multiple hours a day on here so I would be able to monitor the thread as well. I am well versed in GIMP (the free version of photoshop) and do both manipulations (which I make commission for through my DA account) and line art colorings. I also do several on here through the Oekaki system.
