Entry for Deadly Nightshade's Contest

Entry for their contest.

There is a couple spots i dont like the shading but i love the way the scales turned out, im very happy with that. On the dragons head is a skull thing and feathers dangle from its horn. Its scales are the main green and with random blotches of purple along with the spines and horn.
