I, personally, don't really think there should be runner up prizes...
if they're the runner ups they didn't win...
Kind of feels like a kick in the back of the head to win runner up prizes. :P

About the winning person -
I will not be posting that, because it seems to discourage some people, and frankly, I love to many of the designs to pick one at the moment :3

About the head question -
After thinking about it, I must agree most with what Kalika Kai said, because she has a point x3 So, Runner-up's will not be added.
