They closed not long ago, so probably they are judging the aplications now. They use to be pretty fast^^.
When every form has been judges, and the adoptables given out they open for donations.
When some donations are approved they open adoptions again.
And after that, when they got enough donations they close the donations...

Maybe it'd be easier if it said Open/Closed in the headline, but I understand Wendigo don't have time for that.
This is still the best adoption center ever. I luff it to pieces.

Yes, this is the best centre I've seen. No ridiculous looking pets, and no one to claim them as fursonas. :3

I can't wait till it opens again! I have an old character I don't use, but still like, and I'm hoping I can donate him. I don't think he'll be accepted, though, since his design is cool, but not really planned. Dx
