GdC Contest!
Here is your chance to have your very own Guardiane de Cristales! You will be using this basic wolf lineart to add your GdC accessories, armor, crystals, horns and more!
You may draw your own lines.
You will be fallowing this to determine what you will make on your GdC. There are all of your crystal options, but I, Russ, give you permission to choose any colors you want. If you do so, I may make them an official GdC crystal type.
CRYSTAL COLORS
(choose type and 4-5 colors given)
Dawn (light colors)-blue, pink, light purple, red, orange, green, darker green, yellow
Dusk (dark colors)-blue, hot pink, purple, red, darker red, orange, green
Summer (between Dawn and Dusk)-blue, light purple, hot pink, green, darker green, orange, red, darker red
Autumn (Darker Summer)-dull blue, darker orange, red, darker red, purple, green
Midnight (blacks, whites and grays)
Solid (choose any color)-dark, light and a few variations of the color you choose
The locations of armor and crystals are NOT already on this competition image! You must draw them yourself. You are given some refs of other CS players' GdCs so you know what the armor and crystals look like.

In order to win a place in the competition, you must keep the basic GdC, armor, crystal, etc. designs. You cant completely cover them in armor to the point were you cant even tell the fur color. Same with crystals, even though you also have permission to put crystals anywhere you please, even if it isnt listed here:

Only the first 3 places will recieve prizes AND they get to keep their GdC that they have made. HONORABLE MENTIONS do not get a prize or their GdC, but their GdC will be put up for adoption if they want to own them. All other entries are completly disowned.

Guardianes de Cristales (GdC or GoC) are detailed, armored animals in the canid family. They have many different colors, designs and personalities. They live in snowy areas, mostly on islands near the North and South poles. They all have many crystals on their body and some type of armor, even if a very little ammount.
Guardianes de Cristales are always prepared to protect their territory or crystal caves. They armor their pups as soon as fur starts growing on their bodies. Pups whos eyes have opened are expected to fight off enemies with the adults, regardless of condition or health. Guardianes de Cristales are proud and honored by others when they engage in battle and are given a highly detailed, in depth funeral if one is lost in battle and, afterwards, thrown into the ocean or (if there is no water near their cave) is burried into the snow with crystals spiked into their burrial sight. The number of crystals represents the number of pups that GdC had. Pups or GdCs that have never mated who have passed get one upside down crystal spiked into their burial sights.
It takes special qualifications to be a GdC. First off, every one of them have straight, red stripes on their tail. They all have horns, either curled like a ram, straight or semi-curled. They have armor and crystals somewhere on their body. The first fur layer colors only include shades of gray, no brown, black or white. However, some parts of their bodies have brown or red markings and the mane could be black, brown, red, white or a shade of gray that does not match the basic fur. The eyes are always light. Either blue, green, yellow or two different colored eyes.
