Why?
I thought the name Stripes would suit this little pup so well, but the thing is, thats such a PLAIN name! So after feeling all said and boo-hoo for myself, I remembered Google Translator, and I like, scrambled as fast as my fingers could type me to Google Translator, and asked for Stripes in French. And here we are! Rayures.

Why?
To me, her colors and her little puppy face just look like a sweet, cuddly, little girl. She has the daintiy little paws and ears of a girl, and her colors do look like a little girls favorite colors. Reddish pink and lime green. I know those were my favorite colors once!
Reason You Want It:
This Wolf is a work of art, the design is beautiful, and the beautifully expressed pink and green all over his body is beautisimo. He is a very cute, woofie. She will have a spot in my character website, and she will have her own special page, and she will be featured in my character scrapbook I am currently making, and will have art made for her, lots and lots of art. She will be included in my canine novel book I am going to be writing when my writers block goes away, and will be very close to my heart. I'll admit it, I at first only wanted her because of his gorgeous, outstanding, unique, design. I haven't really been collecting pets, and have been getting lots of art with most of my good ones, so she would get lots of art, including my own art.
You know that feeling, you get, like, when, you really want something. Like a little boy in a chocolate factory, thats that oh my God feeling I had when I saw Rayures.
She is not a very natural colored character, although she does have some brownish, reddish, pinkish colors that look pretty natural. Her one, magnificent unnatural color is Lime Green. The lime green is expressed beautifully all over her fur and some on her eyes and nose, which is mostly the reason I am going for her His colors blend together beautifully.
I have many characters, but out of most of them they are not as unique as this little pup. Her colors blend amazingly, he isn’t out of controlly colored either.
She is a beautiful character, so she would get a lot of attention in my book, she will be one of my TOP characters, and will be used left and right, up and down all the time. She will be feautred in group pictures, my sketchbook, my paint program, my art class.
Habitat:
Rayures, in her life time, has been in two different habitats. One, she was in a house, with people who didn't know that she was a Wolf. Then, she decided she couldn't live with them anymore, so she left. Now she lives in a very beautiful forest, but she is always regreting her owners. But, something happens to her there. If you wanna know what happens... READ THE HISTORY!
Personality:
Rayures has a sweet, shy personality. Although, sometimes her wolf genes act up and she can be a very nasty little creature. If she bites someone, she really regrets it, because she knows it hurts, because, well, you know, she is a wolf. Like above, we said she is a very sweet, shy girl, but her parents, before she was captured taught her to stand her ground, and if someone ever injured her or made her mad, attack. Now, whenever someone makes her mad, she has the urge to attack, but she tries her hardest to hold it in.
History:
I was roaming my forest, on morning patrol, when I heard a loud screech, and I heard many different sound and I heard them coming towards me. I turned around and flared my teeth and let out a huge, growl, that I thought screamed 'dont you dare come closer than this', but I guess not.
Soon, some men ran up to her and she started to back away. Suddenly, I saw this blue flash of light and it landed in someones hand. They ran up to me, and duct taped my mouth shut.
I struggled and whined, and scratched the men, soon they threw me into a back of a truck, and slammed the door shut.
I managed to get the duct tape off, and I looked around the trunk. I saw some boxes labeled 'DANGEROUS' and I looked in them. I saw some dogs in there. I gasped.
The dogs freaked out when they saw me, and I felt really bad for doing that, so I said, "Guys! Its ok! Im not going to hurt you."
One dog was shaking but got the courage to come out. It was the first dog. He shakily said, "H..h... Hi. Im huskya... You are..?"
I sweetly said, "Hi there, im Rayures. It means Stripes in French. I am a wolf."
He whimpered and I said, "But a nice wolf."
He said, "Ok. Well, would you like to be friends?"
She chuckled, "Sure!"
All of a sudden, she heard a rattle of tires and a screech of brakes, the puppies yapped, "GET BACK IN THE BOX!"
And Rayures scrambled too a corner, looking inocent.
The man opened the door and and grabbed the box and me, and brought us inside.
It was a scarey building. It had all different rooms, and it was a plain building, it kinda made me feel... Sad. I looked around a little bit, and I saw a room. I couldn't really make out the letters, but he opened the door, and slammed me in a cramped crate. Soon, I heard another slam, and looked to my right. I saw Huskya in the cage next to me.
He smiled and said, "So, I hope we get adopted."
My smile turned upside down and I said, "ADOPTED?! I am a WILD Wolf. A WOLF. I am not meant to be a house pet! I could kill if I wanted too."
Huskya said, "Well, here we are. I guess you have no choice."
I sighed and laid down.
~*%#$)!@
A few days later, I woke up too the sound, "So you want to take that one and that one?"
The woman said, "Yep!"
And someone came in the room and grabbed me and huskya.
Soon, we were at a house. I sniffed around a little, and I sat down, and slept.
That house was pretty nice, but the food was disquisting. But, I lived with it and I stayed there for my life, because I loved my family.
I understand that by adopting this creature I take full responsibility for it.
Of course. She is just so pretty, I cannot do anything bad too her. <3

Name You'd Choose for It: Asili
Gender: Female
Reason You Want It: I have a story in the making, and i am looking for unique characters that i can really get into and bring to life on paper. Her design is beautiful, simple and unique. I love the idea of having a blind character, and I have many ideas on how I could put her into my stories. I’ve already got the plot scripted in my head.
History/Background/Other: Asili walked over to her teacher, her mouth full of large green leaves, she set them down at her paws “Are these the right ones?” Hekima looked at the leaves, and nodded, forgetting once again, that his student couldn’t see the gesture. “Are they?” she pressed again. “Yes! Now go get me some moss and soak it, or she may die!” as he spoke, he gestured to the black wolf lying on the floor of the cave, her shoulder sliced open by a grizzly. Asili quickly trotted over to the moss, and grasped a chunk in her mouth, carrying it over to the pool; she dipped it in the water and let it soak for a moment before taking it out again. She trotted quickly over to where her teacher was tending the wounded wolf and set the moss down near the leaves she had already brought, he glanced over and said a curt “Well done” as though it was a huge achievement for her ,she would have growled and confronted him about it had a patient not been there. Hekima looked at Asili and said with disdain “Go now. There’s nothing more to be done that you’re capable of doing.” Asili spun around to where she’d pinpointed him to be by his voice, and growled “I’m just as capable of healing as a normal wolf I-“ She would have continued, but the wolf on the floor started coughing violently and they both turned to look at her. Hekima placed his ear to the wolf’s chest and sighed “Come listen to this.” Asili walked slowly to where his voice was, and said in a clipped tone “Listen to what?” Hekima answered softly “Her lungs, when they get that sound in them, death is soon to follow.” Asili was horrified that he would be so blunt about it right in front of their patient, but obeyed without comment and walked over to listen to the poor wolf’s dying breaths. “Did you hear it?” Hekima asked. Asili nodded and whispered “yes, I heard, it sounded like water.” Hekima sighed again “Yes it does, and every time they start sounding like that, the wolf will die very soon after.” It was now nighttime and Asili was curled up to sleep, but couldn’t, the conversation just kept replaying in her mind. “I have to think of a way to fix it” she whispered softly before she slipped into a dreamless sleep. The idea came to her the next day as she heard a few of the soldiers talking about the other pack that lives on the other side of the mountain, and how they’d been having trouble with grizzlies also. “I think Shiko is being foolish not to speak with Aquillius and work together to drive the grizzlies away from both packlands.” Said one, the others were agreeing with him. Asili nodded to herself “That’s exactly what I’ll do, I’ll find the other pack, ask their healers about the water-lung, and then ask for their leader, Aquillius, to bring some soldiers and come with her and hopefully create a temporary peaceful alliance.
Her story obviously continues through her difficult journey across the mountians, meeting many creatures, both friendly and not. As she has to prove she comes in peace when she finally does make it, and convincing them to bring a convoy with her back to her packland. Then the problem of the grizzlies
Personality:
She is kind to others, and though not prone to holding grudges, it is hard for her to forget when others wrong her. Being blind, her hearing and smell are better than a normal wolf’s would be, and she is proud of that. She hates it when other treat her as if she is totally useless, and will go out of her way to prove them wrong, even if it means putting herself directly in harm’s way. She isn’t interested in males at all, and being blind, none give her a second glance. She is very elegant in her movements when she knows the ground she’s covering, but otherwise she’s usually pretty clumsy. She’ll trip or knock things over occasionally, and when she does, she’ll get really defensive and angry if someone tries to help her.
]I understand that by adopting this creature I take full responsibility for it. Yes I do.
