See the kennels on the front page? Scroll through them and find a pet that you like. Then copy the adoption form from the forms section and fill it out.

Here's some help on how to:
Username: Put your full chicken smoothie username here.

Kennel Number: Put the kennel number that the character that you wish to adopt is located in here.

Name [of pet]: Put the name that you wish to give the pet here.

Gender [of pet]: Gender of the pet goes here.

Breed/Species [of pet]: What is it? Dog, cat, wolf, horse, unicorn? Put which it is. Some may ask for specific breeds, or you may wish to add specific breeds. Examples of this are.. Pinto x Arabian Horse, Beagle x Pug Mix, Muntjac x Red Deer, etc.

Personality [of pet]: This is how the pet acts or shows itself. Things about it, and how it is. It is also helpful to put how it responds to certain things.

Background/History [of pet]: This is a short story, or a bio on the character's life.

Use [for pet]: What will you use this pet for? Roleplays, fursona, character? And why did you choose this one out of them all?

Other [Art, Likes, Dislikes, Mate, Age, Appearance, etc.]: Any art of it? Is there anything you drew or colored in? (Optional)

Does it like or dislike certain things? What? Why? (optional)

What are its favorite things? Colors, season, things to do, etc. (optional)

Age? How old is it? (optional)

Mate? Will you give it a mate? Who? (optional)
