Just wondering, do both tribes use the pawprints and scars? I was guessing the Hakari tribe uses pawprints and the Yami tribe uses scars.

Are we allowed to use Aurion wolves who are already within the tribes in our story?
I won't make them go out of character or make them do something they shouldn't, I just don't want to have my Sakli (Sack-L-Eye) to feel like he's walking around in an empty world. c:
I may be mentioning some of the other species as background (except for my Whavi), is that okay to?

My entry's element is going to be ice, are we able to have it tinted a colour?
And can we have the ice act as liquid ice (it's still a solid, just able to move/grow/shrink/etc.) that freezes once the Aurion Wolf lets/commands it?

I'm not sure if anyone would read the story if I bothered to write it. I'm not sure if it is worth me continuing this contest. My chances of placing anywhere are nill.

The area that confuses me the most is what to do with my character's past. His story would work best if the Yami tribe has been around a lot longer, but since he appears to be older than Kuro, my character would have had to have come from somewhere else, I guess. I could work that in, but I will have to change a chunk of his past. No big deal.
Also wondering if soldiers are allowed to have ranks? If there aren't any commanding characters than most likely my character's story wouldn't work. Also Wondering if I am allowed to write how my character would be accepted into the pack. I don't want to god mod any other character's roles. I also don't know if there is enough following for me to pursue this character. I also don't know if I even explained what I was thinking that well.

Some time in August, I think? Not sure if it is the first or second week?

Anyways I'm pretty much finished with my entry, save for one or two drawings I want to add and maybe some minor details here and there, but need the time and motivation to make those drawings. I need a good at least 6 hr block of time without interruption or work. (about 4 or 5 of those hours just to get started!) I am sticking with just one entry, one character and build him up to my satisfaction. I've decided regardless if I place in the contest or not, it was fun creating a character and making up his story. It was also a nice break from my other story projects I've been working on for years. Plus I really needed to work on a bad guy.
