"Well that shadow cat's a peice of worthless crowfood." Winterstream smiled reassuringly. " You belong here more htan anywhere else in the world.

Mintpaw shook his head.
"I don't. Winterstream, I have to accept my destiny. My fate. It's what Starclan has put up for me."

Winterstream sighed. "If it is so, then it is so."

His eyes looked pained, and they were dull with sorrow. Mintpaw dashed off into the darkness, leaving no trace.

Winterstream stood there, stunned... she hadn't really expected him to leave so soon...

Sandtide looked around the Frostclan camp. Not knowing many other cats, she wanted to talk to someone. Sighing, she sat down, the sunlight glinting on her ginger fur.

Sandtide grabbed a mouse from the fresh kill pile. when she had finished, she sighed and began cleaning her whiskers.
