Name: Shamira (means guardian)
Species: Spirit Wolf
Personality: Shamira isn't the kind to speak often, she only does so when someone seeks her wisdome or when she thinks it's really necessary. She is kind of a loner and prefer to stay away from crowds, watching from afar. Shamira is also very curious and seek every kind of knowledge, but the thing she likes the most is observing the mortals as they go in they're every day lives. This world is so different from hers and so more intense and lively, it always catched her attention. Even if she was kind of insensible before being bound to earth, she is slowly growing a personnality. She is sometimes arrogant, especially when towards the people she thinks are stupid. She cares a lot about her protégée and would do about anything for her. She become agressive whenever someone attacks her, either it's physically or psychologic.
Likes: Observing the behavior of humans, watching the night sky, thinking.
Dislikes: When Tzeshka (see background) is hurt, crowds, stupidity.
Background: Shamira was once of the spiritual world. Amongst the many tasks given to spirits, hers was to guard dreams, keeping nightmares away from people’s sleep. She was very good at that and known for her excellent work amongst the spiritual world. But one dream changed everything. One night, Shamira stepped in the dream of a very particular girl, a girl with a gift. She could see and speak to spirits, even in her dreams. When the girl saw the wolf, she asked her what she was doing there. Shamira explained and said that she was scaring nightmares away. Then she said she had to go, and the girl asked her if she would come back. Curious, Shamira said she would. So she came back the night after, and chatted with her a little longer. She did this every night, staying a bit longer every time until she totally forgot about her task. Shamira then realized that she felt something for that girl. She didn’t know why, but it was like they had been bound to each other by fate. But befriending a mortal was against the rule, and because of that girl, Shamira had forgotten about her job. She was punished for that. She knew the rules and had broken them. Her sentence was declared: she would be banned to earth and she would become mortal, since it seems she like them so much. When she woke up in the mortal world, she was by the side of the girl that had cost her immortality. “I’m sorry” the girl told her. Shamira answered that she didn’t have to; it was fate that had decided so. “My name’s Tzeshka, what’s yours?” The wolf answered that she didn’t have any, and the girl decided to name her Shamira. “Because it means guardian, and you guard my dreams all that time” she explained. Shamira, she liked that name. “What will you do now?” asked Tzeshka. “Since I can’t guard dreams anymore, I’ll be your guardian. I’ll protect your life with my own, until fate does us apart.” That was the beginning of their story, and the beginning of a long and deep friendship.
