What does having competition matter? When going for a character you should always put 110% into the form, to show how much you love and deserve the character. :3

Background/History [of pet]:

You were just supposed to be a toy, a piece of metal made from scraps…

As she placed the final parts in place, the young wolf stepped back and smiled. She could tell her work had not been in vain. The sweat was dripping down her forehead and she was panting heavily from all the work it had taken, but it had been a success. Now if only it would turn on…

She placed her paw on its chest, reaching for the power button. It was somewhere, she knew it… Its bronze body shined in the dim light of the lab. She realized as she searched for the power switch how much like a wolf it really did look. It had a strong build and powerful legs, designed to be able to carry it over the tallest mountains.
Her paw hit something, and she knew it must have been the switch, for at that moment, its eyes began to glow a captivating yellow. Its jaw began to open and close, and its tail began to swing back and forth. At that moment, Kira knew she had created new life.

But you were so much more…

It stood, awaiting the next command. Its paws made no movements; its eyes did not blink. It stood and waited for her to give it an order. Its yellow eyes glowed in the dim lighting of the room. It stood and awaited its orders.

“R-ALPHA-562,” sounded a voice. The android dog turned to face its master. Its jaw opened in emotionless speech. “Awaiting orders,” it spoke in a single tone. A wolf stepped into the patch of light created by the window on the far left side of the room. “Oh, don’t be so formal,” the wolf laughed. The android dog turned to its master. “Awaiting orders,” it repeated, as no orders had been given.

…Who would have thought I would fall in love with a rusty old machine?

Kira smiled as her android repeated the inquiry. She approached him slowly, for the first time captivated by his calmness and glowing yellow eyes. They had been a feature merely for the glamour factor, and Kira was now glad she had added them. Yellow was, after all, her favorite color, and you didn’t see many wolves around here with yellow eyes. Especially glowing ones.

The young wolf stepped up to her creation, noting the gathering rust on above his nose. She stopped. She had called him a “him” in her thoughts. Did this mean something? He was, after all, just a piece of machinery, made in her spare time.

As Kira circled around her creation, she really noticed the toll 2 months in a supply closet had left on him. She had had to go to school, and she had forgotten about him. Almost. Every night, though, before she had gone to bed, she had thought of him.

She now realized that he was covered in a thin layer of rust. He also had some indents in the metal on his right side, and another on his left thigh. As Kira made a full circle around him, she returned to face him. She gazed into his shining yellow eyes and, for a moment, saw something in them she had never seen before. Something… unique.

Kira reached up slowly with her paw and gently began to brush some of the rust off his nose. And he didn’t resist. And in that moment, Kira fell in love with a piece of machinery. A piece of machinery that, deep in her heart, she knew could never love her back.

Name [of pet]: Ahanu (Native American/American Indian origin. Meaning "He is laughing"; "He laughs")

Gender [of pet]: Male ♂

Breed/Species [of pet]: Paint x Appaloosa Horse

Image

Personality [of pet]:
Image Carefree & Spirited
Ahanu doesn't often care what others think. He only really cares what he thinks of himself, and what his alpha thinks of him and his work for the tribe as well. He doesn't have many cares in the world, which means that he has very few moments where he is overwhelmed with anxiety. In fact, he does his very best to try not to worry. He's pretty courageous, choosing as a young age to try his best to be a knight, and being appointed one. He goes into battle seeming rather tough. He's also extremely lively, the life of the party, at times wanting all of the attention to shine on him and him alone.

Image Dynamite
Ahanu can definitely be described as dynamite. He has a spectacular effect on most others, and he's definitely a hot shot, knocking the knights and warriors of the others tribes down. He could also be described as "on fire" because of how amazing he is, at times showing off his skill.

Image Hilarious & Fun
Ahanu is very funny. He's merry and cheerful at almost all times, and he has a lot of practical jokes and little tricks up his sleeve. His name was given to him, because he was born laughing. He's always been a jokester, and unless times are dire, he's definitely not known to be serious. He loves to laugh and cause a rucus.

Image Protective & Defensive
Ahanu is extremely protective of his friends and family, and of course himself. He's also very loyal to and protective of his tribal herd as a whole, showing everyone care and love. He resists attack, physically and mentally, rather well, and won't stand to have one of his friends or those he's closest to hurt either way.

Image Lover
Ahanu is very affectionate, and often will chase after a female's heart. He's not a player, only a very attractive and enjoyable show-off, and once he wins a girl's heart and trust, he's loyal and protective to her and of her every move.

Image

Note for pronunciation:
Ahanu = Uh-hah-new
Xochitl = Zoo-cheel
Sahara = Su-hair-uh
Amaro = Uh-mar-oh

Background/History [of pet]: Ahanu, a very handsome young knight, ran through the woods away from the field that his tribal herd called home. His pelt glistened and glimmered in the bright sunlight, and the heat on his back felt soothing to the skin. His mane blew around in the air, and it was quite a sight for anyone to see. Of course, even though Ahanu had no way of knowing that someone was watching, he still did his best to look the best. Finally, he approached his stream.

The stream he called his own was rather shallow and thin. No one ever came there, and probably no one knew about it. He liked to go there to drink and think, because no one was ever there. He always avoided waiting for his water. The only problem was, it was slightly outside of their territory. If Ahanu's alpha knew about Ahanu going there, he'd be rather displeased. Therefore, Ahanu was always quite worried that he'd be discovered. However, it'd become such a habit of his to go there, that he couldn't stop doing it. Not now.

He bent down to the glistening water, scaring a fish away with his shadow. It cleared the water as it swam away, though, and Ahanu took a nice, long drink. He'd already been rather thirsty without his long run to the edge of the territory. After that, it'd been silent hooves. He couldn't afford to alert anyone, even though he didn't even know if anyone from other herds even ever went there. He shook his manes, raising his neck again, then whinnied softly. In response, he heard a rustle from the undergrowth. In front of the stream was high brush and grasses, and several bushed accompanied them. It was impossible to see the maker of the noise, and so Ahanu expected it to be the result of a rabbit or squirrel that he'd scared away.

Boy was he ever wrong.

Out of the brush, stepped out a large mare. It had obviously been very high to hide the majority of her. She had seen had seen the whole thing. Ahanu's running, each step, the flap of his mane is the wind, the glimmer of his coat, and after all of it, she was rather impressed. Her belief, however, was that he was far too full of himself. For this reason it was that she played hard to get.

Ahanu stared at the beautiful mare, completely awestruck. The female horse stepped out a bit further and drank from the stream herself, as he stepped back, unsure of what to think. She was a beautiful shade of light chestnut with white splotches spread well across her body. She also had the most beautiful eyes, a deep shade of blackish-brown. Her beautiful, shiny black mane flipped and tossed a bit as she stamped her hooves. He had never seen anyone more beautiful than her, and he wasn't sure what to think. "I - I," he stuttered.

"You shouldn't be here," she spoke for him. "Who are you?" she asked. "And why are you on my land?" Though she thought he was handsome, and they seemed to go together rather well, she had to stay loyal and dutiful towards her own herd. So this required her to ask some questions and get some answers.

"I'm," he stuttered once more. "I'm Ahanu," he finally spit out. "I'm from Petokowaen Herd," he said. "He flicked his tail towards his territory, much in the fashion that he would if there were flies on his. "My territory is past this stream -" he stopped, realizing that he had admitted to crossing the border. It's not my fault, he thought. He was absolutely captivated by her, and she was all that he could see or think about. He couldn't tell one thing from another, had completely lost his brain to a beautiful, beautiful girl.

"Ahah," she said perkily with a bit of a sharp point to it. "That's where the problem is," she finished.

"I - I'm sorry," he said, his chat hardly clearing. "What's your name?" he asked. "Who are you?" he wondered aloud.

"And why do you inquire me this?" she asked. "What is your business?"

His prideful personality took a step back as he replied honestly that he had none. "But," he said. "If it isn't too much trouble, I'd really like to know." It was far to early to tell her how beautiful she was, though she probably already knew, so he stopped there.

He looked deeply into her dark eyes as she replied to his delight, "I'm Sahara. Of Rushing Water."

---

After just meeting, Ahanu was absolutely stunned. He'd some how managed to convince the stubborn mare to meet him once again, two days from now, at sunset. He was very pleased with himself, so much so, that he didn't see what happened next coming.

Amaro, Ahanu's alpha, looked at him with displeasure as if he was a rather naughty foal. "I don't want to know," he said. "But must I really ground you like an apprentice?" He was very upset at his absence when all of the knights took the younglings down to train. Ahanu hadn't been there to take Xochitl, his eager apprentice, to train. The filly had missed an important day of learning to fight, and tomorrow it was the hunter's turn to take the younglings. Ahanu had completely forgotten as the time had flown by, talking to the girl of his dreams.

"You will take Xochitl down right now, and you will bring her back at midnight. After that, you'll guard the herd through the night. And then, in the morning, you can explain to Wikyava why his youngling is so tired. Don't make me regret my decision in making you an honored knight," he said. And with that, he trotted away.

"Of course," muttered Ahanu. "Xochitl!" he called.

His eager and hyperactive youngling stumbled out of her makeshift den in the middle of the field. "Coming!" she said with excitement and perk.

She cantered towards him, and he began to take her down to the training hollow. Afterwards, they'd go back to the open space in the field. That would help with the remainder of training. On the walk down, though, Xochitl was a bit more curious than Ahanu would have liked.

"So..." she said. "Where were you today?" she asked, bouncing from one hoof and onto the other.

"Ohh.." he considered. "No where special," he said.

However, Xochitl wouldn't stop prodding. In fact, she tried harder. She was rather smart despite how annoying she could be. "Come on, Ahanu! Honestly! What is this world for me if my own mentor doesn't trust me with "nothing"," she said, eyeing him mischievously.

"Oh, fine," Ahanu said. "I'll tell you what. If you can beat me in training today, I'll tell you everything," he laughed on the inside, and chuckled slightly on the outside. Of course, what was the likeliness that his own youngling would beat him? Not very high. Or so he thought.

---

Swiftly, Xochitl moved out of the way, but Ahanu expected it. He gently swept her to the ground, then remained stading. But Xochitl wasn't done yet. Not at all. She swept her legs around, an old move, and brought Ahanu to the ground. She eagerly jumped up, stepped on top of him, and pinned him down with all four hooves. "Speak," she said.

Regrettingly, Ahanu got up. Apparently, that was the likeliness. The filly was way too curious to not try her very hardest. Ahanu should have known that she would be eager enough to beat him. But now he had to explain.

"Okay," he breathed, preparing himself to explain. "So, I just went down to the stream today off the edge of our territory and -"

"You left our territory!?" Xochitl exclaimed. "Wow, Ahanu," she said. "You would do that?"

He hung his head. It was a sad thing that his apprentice had thought so highly of him, and then he'd done exactly what she never had expected him to do. "Well... yeah," he said. "And this mare jumped out of the bushes and - "

"You let someone sneak up on you!?"

"Uhh.. sure," he struggled, not knowing how to respond. Xochitl eyes widened as he went on. "And she asked me where I was from. I told her and found out who she was and everything... and we're going to meet again on Tuesday," he said, shrugging.

Xochitl raced off, laughing. "I'm gonna go tell!" she giggled. She ran as fast as she could, a true sprint.

Ahanu couldn't get mad at her. He began laughing, too. He knew she was kidding. She wouldn't tell anyone more than Deja and Kosa, Ahanu's friends, if anyone at all. But still, this was something at stake. He didn't want them to know, well... until he wanted them to know. He ran off, following her, and finally rolled her to the ground. "Oh no you don't!" he exclaimed, laughing still. She riggled around, giggling as well.

---

Monday came around rather quickly, and Ahanu was very groggy and tired. He was so exhausted from guarding the field the night before that he became very irritable, nothing like his normal self. His five friends and most of the others backed off, knowing to leave him alone. Ahanu could be very harsh whenever he was tired. He fought anyone that came to disturb him off, and stood in his own makeshift den, sleeping the day away.

At about two in the afternoon, he began to get very hungry. He grazed and such, eating the small vegetarian things that the hunters brought in. Hunting wasn't a very exciting thing, picking berries and finding the best grass. Though they really did get to relax and laze around a great deal more than the knights did. And of course, they knew basic fighting moves and could fight in large battles. There lives weren't completely boring, just much less stressful.

This was one of the times that Ahanu regretted his decision as a youngling to continue training to try to be a knight. However, after all of the negative thoughts, he thought how lucky he was to actually be one of the chosen ones. Perhaps it wasn't too bad after all. After his large snack, not a meal, but a large snack, he dozed off again, and slept the rest of the day away. Of course, sleeping all day meant that he had a very restless night. He clamped his hooves, at time waking others up, and it wasn't until around three a.m. that he actually settled down and slept.

---

Tuesday morning was a blessing. Finally, he was well-rested, and he had plenty to do. And best of all of course, he was going to see Sahara today. He rose a bit earlier than the other knights and went to fetch Xochitl. They walked down to the training hollow together, ready to practice more fighting moves. Even though Ahanu was always good-natured and funny, he was usually serious during training. Xochitl noticed that he was perkier than usual, before she remembered it was Tuesday. Knowing that she was most likely what Ahanu was thinking about, she attempted to start a simple conversation. "So..." she started, whispering. "What does she look like?"

Ahanu couldn't see the harm in giving away her appearance, so he looked down at Xochitl and began the talking. "Well..." he started. "She has the most beautiful pelt color, a light chestnut brown with a sort of dull orange tint to it. And she has white splotches along her coat, with flecks of the same chestnut dusting the white splotches. She has very dark and deep blackish-brown eyes, and a beautiful, perfect face. And her mane, it's shiny and black. She's just so -" It wasn't until he'd said just about everything that he realized that he was rambling on, more than just a little bit.

"But nevermind that," he said, entering the large tree-enclosed arena. "Today I'm going to teach you a new move."

She sounds beautiful, Xochitl wanted to say, but she got the feeling that Ahanu was done with the topic, and followed him into the ring obediently and silently. Her sparkly eyes displayed her huge desire to learn the new move. Her hunting lesson the day before had been a snooze compared to her regular training.

Ahanu called her closer, then raised a hoof, silently threatening with body language to pound it into her face. "This is the sort of attack that this move helps you avoid," he said. "Raise your hoof like this," he instructed. When she did so, Ahanu skipped to the side, turned, and bucked the air beside Xochitl to avoid actually hitting her. "See?" he asked. "It's very simple. Similar to the other moves we've done." Xochitl only nodded her head, and Ahanu held his hoof out in attack mode. Xochitl mimicked the move, and Ahanu helped her perfect it. After a long time of practicing that move and having a scrimage with the other younglings, Ahanu took Xochitl up to eat. He was starving. They had some mint leaves and wild onions in addition to the normal grass, and Ahanu was grateful that the hunters had found them such good grub. He could hardly stop eating.

His alpha, seeing Ahanu with Xochitl working hard and eating lunch together, nodded his head approvingly and swished his tail. Ahanu smiled back until he thought about what he'd be doing tonight with Sahara. If he knew that Ahanu was doing that behind his back, leaving the territory, he would never give him an approving nod again.

Ahanu suddenly had an uneasy feeling in his stomach and chest, and dropped the mint leaves hanging out of his mouth. It wasn't that he wasn't loyal to his herd. He absolutely hated disloyalty, he tried to convince himself. However, he wasn't very convincing.

---

Ahanu sneaked out of camp, silently, stepping softly on the tips of his hooves. Frequently, he looked back, making sure that no one saw him and that Xochitl wasn't following him. It sounded like something she'd do. Each time, though, the coast was clear, and he'd walk further into the distance. When he finally determined that he wasn't in the eye sight of anyone still back at camp in the field, he bounded over the remaining hills.

The short trip seemed more like a journey, and also seemed to last almost a decade. Perhaps it was the excitement that made him so impatient, and that partially contributed to the fact that it seemed so long. It also seemed to be a great deal longer because he was so nervous and scared, jumping at every little sound. What if someone found him out?

Alas, he neared the stream which had been the act of fate in their meeting, two days before. Though they'd only had one night together so far, she were a great deal closer than they'd met, and they'd already made a solid friendship and at the very least forged a bond. She knew so much about him, he was sure of it, but Ahanu still felt the want and need to know much more about her.

Seeing her body on the other side of the stream, he ran faster, leaving his territory and making the act official. Now he was really breaking the rules. It was really happening. He jumped the stream easily, then cut the pride down a bit. He knew that Sahara didn't care for it.

She smiled at him slightly, shaking her manes, and he snuffled a bit, exhaling very loudly. He, too, then shook his manes. "Hey," she said casually, circling a bit and then sitting on his haunches like a dog.

"Hi," she said, stifling a laugh. Why was he acting so... funny?

"So," he said. "I had a great deal of fun on Sunday. Thanks so much for agreeing to meet again. You know, I've been thinking about things a lot. I know we just met, but I have to go ahead and say it. I think... no, I know, that you are beautiful."

Sahara looked at him in surprise, despite the fact that she partially expected something like this to happen. She turned and bounded away, back to her own territory. She wasn't going to stop the hard-to-get act. Did he really care about her? She'd see. She'd see for sure.

"No! Wait!" Ahanu called after her. But it was too late. She was already gone. Sad and discouraged, he turned, jumped the stream again, and raced back to his home. He needed sleep. But what came to him was only thoughts of her. He wrestled with those thoughts almost silently, until they finally let him go to bed.

---

Early in the morning, he woke up. He'd about had it with the on and off sleeping, and so, he decided to go see Deja and Kosa. Maybe they'd know what he should do?

He walked to the den that they shared, best friends for life, and walked in. Hey neighed softly so as not to alert the whole herd, but only the two of them. "Who and what is it?" Kosa asked.

"It's only me, Ahanu," replied Ahanu. "I need your help. You're the only people I know who will be smart enough on this topic."

Deja smiled. "Oh, I get it," she said. "This is another one of your pranks, isn't it, Ahanu?" she laughed slightly, then stopped. "If it is, leave me be. I need to train Huyana, my youngling, tomorrow."

"It's not," he said honestly, staring into their eyes. "It's - it's," there he went with that stuttering problem. "It's silly anyhow. It's about a girl."

"Ooh..." said Kosa, suddenly interested. "Is it Genesee?" she asked.

"No!" he said, blushing. She had it all wrong.

"Fatuma?" prodded Deja. "Hachi? Abequa?" she named all available mares in their herd that she could think of.

"No. Not them either," he replied.

"Well, honestly, Ahanu," said Kosa, blushing. "I mean, I like you as a friend and all, but don't you think it'd be kind of weird to start a relationship after our friendship of many years?"

"It's not you, either!" he said, starting to get upset.

"Oh goodness!" exclaimed Deja. "I hope it isn't me either?" she said meekly.

"No," he said. "Maybe I shouldn't have come here after all. If you aren't going to listen then.."

"No!" the two girls exclaimed at once. "We're listening," said Kosa. "Go on," added Deja.

"Okay, well, I know that you're not going to like or believe this, but I met a girl at the stream that I go to. It's outside of the territory. But only slightly!" he added, as if that made it okay. "We had a great time when we first met, laughing the night away and learning more about each other. But last night," he said, pausing for a deep breath, "when I saw her I told her she was beautiful. And all she did was run off," he finished telling the story, his blush growing.

"Ooohh..." said Kosa. "I see."

"Well," said Deja. "I think I may have some advice."

"Really? What?" asked Ahanu. He was very eager to fix this situation. And quickly.

"I think she's playing hard to get," said Deja. "The best girls do that to test a boy. To see if they really like her," she continued.

"That means she's still interested!" Kosa added, somewhat helpfully.

"Yes," said Deja, shooting Kosa a look. Kosa shot her a look of innocence. "What?" mouthed silently. "Anyhow," Deja cleared her throat. "It's simple really. You should just go to her territory. Find her. Convince her that you need her, and she needs you."

"Really?" said Ahanu without another thought on the matter. "Then I'll go now." And with that, true to his word, he dashed off.

---

Ahanu once again approached the stream that had brought him good fortune and bad. He swiftly jumped over it, knocking it out easily with a short bound. He then crept deeper into the unfimiliar land. There were may trees, all looking the same, and for a time, he wondered if there was any point or end to his wandering. Walking farther and farther into the land, he finally found what he figured was the camp. He headed in to a side place, one that wasn't really meant for an entrance, and walked towards dens in the dense dawn light. He took peeks in from behind each place until he found exactly what he was searching for. Sahara. "Sahara!" he called. "Come here." She was slightly alarmed and slightly pleased by his arrival, and so she followed him out.

"What are you doing here?" she asked, wondering if even he knew why he was there. She led him into the back woods where they could talk in private.

"I came to prove myself to you," said Ahanu, hoping that it was a good answer. It had sounded nice when he had rehearsed it in his head on the way, knowing that she'd ask him. But would she like it? He could only hope.

She only laughed a tad bit, fascinated by how stunning and handsome he was. Ahanu stepped in and looked her in the eyes. "Do you know how beautiful you are?" he laughed as he talked, remembering her previous response.

She turned, alarming him, but he then realized that she was only joking. She turned back with a mischievious smile, and her eyes danced across his face.

"I've always longed to be with you," he said.

"And me with you," she replied. "Me, too."

Use [for pet]: Ahanu is a truly unique horse. Back before the revamp, just a maker horse, he wasn't the most popular thing. But I still always had a spot in my heart for him. The revamp by JerseyDusk, though, just made me go absolutely crazy. I knew that without a doubt I needed to go for him. He, after all, has everything! He definitely has all of the looks, all of the chicks, and a great load of the personality. I knew he would be fun to play around with, coming up with personalities and a story.

I'd absolutely positively use Ahanu on AT LEAST the Symphony roleplay, likely RPing him out with Flora, Mayson, and Cai. He'd be an interesting character to add, and he'd without a doubt be on my thread with the others. I just adore him absolutely way too much.

I may mate him and breed him, considering that I believe Tesshin-san may breed her horse character with him if a get him. I really hope to have him, a chance to love and use him. Give him the forever home he's always deserved.

Likes
Image Friends
Perhaps one would say that Ahanu would be nothing without his friends. He simply adores his friends, his favorite people in the world. He shares all of his times with them, good and bad. His best friend is Dohate, a hunter in his herd. They were younglings together, and they've always stuck together. Ahanu can tell him anything, and trust him with the valuable information. Achai has always been a good friend of his, along with Arcani, Achai's best friend. He can talk to them pretty easily, too, and likes to crack jokes with them. He also hangs out with two girls especially, his good friends, Deja and Kosa, who are best friends. He acts very funny around them, and is protective of all 5 of them.
Image Being at the battle line
Ahanu loves being at the battle line. He can't stand missing a fight, which is why it's so fun for him to be at one. It's not that he likes war, being hurt, or hurting others, but what he does like is being included and showing off, and he feels that he's doing one of the things that he is best at whenever he fights for his herd.
Image Getting attention
Ahanu, like enjoying being at the battle line, loves being the center of attention. He likes to be the one laughing the hardest or cracking the jokes when he's with his friends, and he makes sure that he is showing his skill whenever he is near his alpha or beta. He can't stand not being looked at.
Image Girls
Ahanu really likes girls. He thinks that it is useful to have male and female friends, because some things you can only learn from a girl. A friend that is female is great to have when you are having girl problems or need to spend some time with the opposite gender for a while. He also has his eye on a specific girl, Sahara, his life-long crush.
Image Laughter & Jokes
Life is dull and boring with laughter and jokes. Things are too quiet without the ring of laughter in your ears. And some people get so uptight whenever they haven't laughed in a while. It's just normal and healthy for you. So why not? Why not do it? Sometimes laughter really is the best medicine.
Image Loyalty
Ahanu loves loyalty. He'll always be very loyal to his friends, and he expects loyalty back. He likes knowing that he's worth being loyal to, and he likes expressing his feelings for his friends, and herd, because he's most loyal to them above all things.

Dislikes
Image Being behind the scenes
Ahanu doesn't like being not seen or ignored. He can't be behind the scenes and deal with it well. He has do be out and doing something, somewhere where someone at least can see him.
Image Depression
Depression is the opposite of happiness. It puts a damper on a day and sucks the joy right out of life. Depression means no laughter and no jokes, resulting in a terrible and boring life. Depression is the worst "disease" that you can "catch".
Image Disloyalty
Ahanu is very proud of how loyal he is and plans to remain to his friends, herd, and family. He's also very loyal and true to himself and his heart, letting his brain speak actual sense occassionally. He can't stand giving loyalty and being stabbed in the back or abandoned.
Image Displeasing
Ahanu, like many others, can't stand to displease anyone. He feels like such a failure when something goes wrong and people are disappointed in him. Ahanu always used to feel terrible as a youngling when he messed up a move during practice and his mentor got frustrated. He still, to this day, absolutely despises that fact that he sometimes displeases those who he really cares about.
Image Being alone
Being isolated is one of Ahanu's least favorite things. There isn't much enjoyable to do when you're alone, and Ahanu feels that a part of him is missing when he doesn't have any friends nearby. Being alone is a terrible experience, and he's almost scared to be.

I will be here
when you think you’re all alone
Seeping through the cracks
I’m the poison in your bones
My love is your disease
I won't let it set you free
Til I break you

You’ll never know what hit you
Won’t see me closing in
I’m gonna make you suffer
This hell you put me in
I’m underneath your skin
The devil within
You’ll never know what hit you

I tried to be the lover to your nightmare
Look what you made of me
Now I’m a heavy burden that you can’t bear
Look what you made of me
Look what you made of me
I’ll make you see
