I don't want an /exact/ chibi cat from the Red Death picture; more like loosely referenced with more specific bits? ^^; For one, definitely no hair please XD It looks weird in that picture to me, even, but it's one of my more favorite versions of Red Death.
I do love the skull head, if you can, the staff, the feathered hat, the red cloak and sash... So I figure like the 'fur' can look like the rest, loosely interpreted red/gold even throughout the tail? Would it be too many edits?

Would like animation? if so, what type of animation? The yellow eyes glowing in the black skull eyes if you can? :3 Or surprise me with anything else.
