*Sigh* Alright, everyone, I know you can do better than this. In complete honesty, out of the whole list, there were two people who I knew could have gotten the character if they'd had more time to write it(One of which I'm still contemplating to give out the character or not). There were some people who were giving me bare-minimum-possible-to-possible-win, and others that were no wheres near. I'm sorry, but I really don't know if I even want to bother doing this code drop, and just give it another two weeks for everyone to keep working on their forms. I don't want to be mean, or rude, or hurtful, or anything of that nature. I want to make you understand that in order to get one of these characters, you really need to work.
