She likes meat. Meat, it has got to be her favourite food. She enjoys looking over the landscape at night and early mornings, she loves the air and watching the stars. She also likes running at fast speeds, copying human runners. She will also like to watch humans and observe their behaviour, for what, we may never know. But she is intelligent and good at problem solving.

~Dislikes:

Rain. It pelts her hard and she gets soaked. She then feels cold to the bone, it also sticks her wings down and makes them heavy to walk around with.

Backstory:

Heart Of The Sky lived near the hills in a small and quiet cave, she liked the peace and quiet. At the very back of the cave was a small waterfall. She loved listening to the calm water, falling drop by drop into the small pool beneath. It cave is warmish in the day with very little sunlight actually going inside the cave to warm the air up. She doesn't mind it though, she likes the cold and doesn't really feel it very often. No humans new about her home, until builders came to use the area for houses and estates. They bulldozed anything that got in the way and started tearing at the landscape, leaving no grass and worst of all, no prey for her to catch. The little mice and squirrels fled from the construction site, it only wild thing living there was Heart. She was confused by them at first and decided to observe them from afar, to see if she could get around them.

She could also use people to her advantage, as she did with the humans. All of the pollution they made make her act.. Strange.
She absolutely loved it, but it was slowing making her weaker and weaker. She had no food here and her soul purpose was the pollution, that would ultimately kill her. She soon discovered the humans caused this, however, she could not do anything to stop those dreadful machines. Then, then she knew she had to leave, in fear of her life. She fled deep into the caves and ran through the multiple connections until she finally found a place. A place she could call Home.

Sebastion was always very fond of running, hunting, and mating. He always spent time in the forest jumping from tree to tree killing whatever form of meat he spotted. He used the meat to decide which female he had found would make the best meat. He stockpiled his killings for them. Sebastion would then enjoy to watch the two females fight over the meats he had left for them. Whichever female would win Sebastion would take as his rightful mate. Whichever children she had that he deemed unsuitable he would devour in front of her to show what she did wrong.

Dislikes:
Sebastion absolutely hates the rain and running into other males. He would always fight with them to prove he had that part of the land. When they would go near his current mate he would viciously fight them. The rain would soak his wings and make it difficult to run through the forest and jump from branch to branch for a good hunt.

Backstory:
I was from the last surviving town and like some others had taken a keen interest in the bringers of our downfall. The Sirree. I made a decision to join a group that used technology to watch over the Sirree. One day I received a call from the group leader telling me they found an injured Sirree out in Wales. They were going to send a small group of three humans out to find him and I was chosen as one of those lucky few. Eagerly accepting the offer I prepared myself for the journey to one of the polluted towns. Once our group reached Wales we split up to cover more ground and find him faster. I was walking through a field when I spotted him lying on the ground and ran over. I knew the creatures were intelligent and spoke their own language, which is why I came equipped with a voice translator. Dropping my bag I dug through it in a hurry and found the translator. After hooking it up and placing the ear pieces in and tooth chip I spoke. "Don't you worry any longer we're going to get you help." He tried to say something but his words came out as a gasp and I could tell the pollution did a number on him. Pulling out an oxygen injector I held it over his skin. The fluid when into him without leaving a mark as our technology had developed. As I was putting it away and radioed to the others that I had found him, I felt his hand grip my arm. That's when the creature spoke....

"Thank you human." Sebastion gasped out still having troubles breathing. It became more even as the oxygen worked through him. "Like you I have a name, a name and a story." Sebastion watched as the human waited silently for him to speak, it proved she respected him. "I am Sebastion a fierce male of the Sirree." He winced as he spoke and the human reached out to him then withdrew her hand.

Why?
Aliud means different in Latin.
Because that's what he is. He is different from humans and from his own species in that he likes to have a bit of fun, he is more accepting of things and distrustful of others.

Male

Machines
He is completely fascinated with the Machines of earth and will often sneak into a T.V store before they are open just to work out how they function, unfortunately while he is learning about them he will usually zap himself, just a small one mind you and not enough to hurt but enough to shock him.
Flying
He loves to practice aerial movements, the wilder the better. Skimming over the trees as close as he can without crashing. Which he has done plenty of times but that never seems to stop him.
Learning
He loves to learn new things, if someone else is teaching him or he is finding out himself which can get him into trouble. He is more interested about learning about the humans than his own species.

Most humans
He is distrustful of most humans because they caught him and abused him. He likes Nix however but he can't get past the nagging suspicion that she is the only one he can trust.
Berries
He hates berries of any kind, he just doesn't like the smell of them even. He will go great lengths to get rid of them to the extent when he would get them out of Nix's bag and throw them into the bush.

There was the quiet swishing of leaves against leaves as the Australian bush lay peacefully and seemingly untouched as the birds sang of their daily work.
A young girl of about 14 with golden hair and grey/blue eyes knelt over the body of a weird alien like creature, marked as living only by the faint rise and fall of it's chest. It's body was a range of purple to orange like the desert night which stretched out for weeks at the edge of the bush, it's wings were folded underneath it. However the creature's body was corrupted by scars and fresh wounds, some covered by bandages and some left to be soothed in the silent breeze.
The girl propped him up against the pale silver trunk of a ghost gum tree. The creature turned it's head to the side and let out a weak cough but it's eyes didn't open, the girl sighed and gently folded his wings over himself before covering him with a green blanket from the ground and draped it over him. Her name was Nix and she had found the creature known as a Sirree alone on the street at night after being beaten by humans, she gathered that he had somehow gotten caught near the shops and humans knowing the common nature of the species had attacked immediately. Nix had taken him into the bush, unable to help pitying the creature started to take care of him, first it seemed as if he wouldn't wake up then on the 4th day he had started coughing, by the end of the week he had gotten a horrible fever and it had lasted many days made worse by the pollution that had reached his lungs before she brought him into the bush where the vegetation filtered out the harmful air. However he still hadn't woken up and she was starting to get worried. The Sirree coughed again but instead of falling back into a sleep his coughing increased until it was close to a fit,
"Shhhh, it's ok" Nix cooed brushing his face as one might have comforted a small child, gradually his breathing eased and Nix smiled softly, Suddenly the creatures eyes fluttered open to reveal the deep black of the inky sky at night, he looked around curiously as suddenly all the memories seemed to flow back to him, he hissed and tried to stagger up only to fall back and hit his head against the tree,
"No it's ok! Friend" Nix assured him holding up her hands in the universal gesture to show she had no weapons, the creature continued to hiss like the many snakes that lived around these parts, eventually it died down and curiosity entered his eyes. He started to speak in what to Nix's ears seemed to be random sounds, shaking her head to show she didn't understand the strange language, she pointed to herself,
"N.I.X" She said slowly as if talking to the little children that lived in the orphanage. The Sirree cocked his head to one side in a gesture of amusement and focus as he tried to imitate the sound,
"N.E.E.X" He said making a rasping sound that Nix took to be laughter although it ended in a cough, the laughter was infectious, the kind when two people can't stop laughing because of the other, after the laughter died down the Sirree pointed to himself,
"A.L.I.U.D" He said at the same pace as Nix pointing to himself with a maroon hand, this time it was Nix's turn, she got the name more or less right with some errors, she liked how it rolled over her tongue.
Once again Aliud opened his mouth and let out infectious laughter that Nix caught once again.
As they laughed they knew everything would be ok...

These are go cool! And the way you set them in Australia is awesome because I am an Aussie myself! As I was writing this the ideas flowed easily, I also found myself drawing him quite a bit and now have several scribbles of him in my book!
