Why I want this Character:
Honestly, I've always wanted an orange character, I can't even tell you why. xD I love the color orange and it is my brother's favorite color. I really love how his colors blend together, with yellows and blues. The three colors he's made of happen to be shades of some of my favorites. He reminds me of a tropical fruit of sorts and he just appeals to me so much. <3 I love his simple, yet attractive design. I find myself staring at him every time I scroll through the donations, and I just cannot resist his sunny design. I've also wanted a rather simple canine design for a while now, just because most of my characters are complicated or strange species. He'd get plenty of art. ^^ You can trust that he'll have a fantastic home with me. <3

Personality:
Lychee is a fun-loving fox who loves to spend time with others. He's social and easily gets lonely. Lychee loves conversations and parties, any sort of social gatherings are a thrill to Lychee. He's a people-pleaser, loving to do things for others and making them happy. He's an optimist about world and he sees the good side of others and believes that everyone has some sort of good in them. He's a hard worker, doing anything he can to make sure that others are pleased. He loves to do random acts of kindness, just to see the look on others' faces. He hates to see anyone sick, injured, sad, angry or upset. He's a bit of a clown and will do whatever he can to help them feel better. Though he's a hard worker, he doesn't like routines. He'd rather do things on a whim and go with the flow. He doesn't like to think of the future and make plans, he'd rather do things suddenly. Lychee has common sense, but he is not book smart at all. He's warm and giving, feeling extremely bonded to his friends. Lychee also makes friends easily and likes to perform, amuse and please others. He really appreciates nature and beauty. If someone does something for him, it delights him. He has a general acceptance of everyone. He's extremely loyal and would never betray a friend, especially a close one. On the other hand, he feels deeply hurt if a friend betrays him, and he finds it almost unforgivable, since he puts his complete trust in his friends. He learns better by hands-on learning, and can't stand to be lectured or scolded. Lychee hates issues and arguments. Negative thoughts and possibilities stress him out. If he feels like he did something wrong, he's extremely harsh on himself. Lychee is known to fall into bad situations from not planning anything out. He takes everything said to him personally, so he's easily offended. He's known to cry a lot. Since he's out to please others, he neglects his own needs and pushes his body to its limits. He likes to ignore conflicts rather than fix them. He also fears commitment. He's rather blunt and direct with what he says. He is also known to overdo a lot of things. Generally, Lychee is spontaneous with a love for life, he loves to have fun and please others.

Diet Notes: Lychee LOVES fruit. He won't eat anything that doesn't contain some sort of fruit. His favorite fruits are oranges, mangos, bananas, coconuts, grapes and melon. Although he'll eat any and all fruit. He likes it best raw and plain.

Home: Lychee lives on a small tropical island in the Pacific. He lives on a fruit farm with his family that ships fruit around the world. There are only 8 villages on the island and one big resort on the west end.

History:

Lychee trampled through the orchard, his laughs sapping his breath as he continued to run. The rich scent of ripe fruit wafted through the small forest, causing Lychee's mouth to water. He had to ignore it though, for he was being chased!

"Get back here, Lychee!" a laugh called from behind him. His lemon yellow eyes dared a look backwards. A pale blue fox with starry markings chased after him, her longer fur whipping in the breeze created from running.

"Can't catch me, Korra!" he shouted, throwing his muzzle up into the air. Leaping over an overgrown root, he accidentally tripped on a stray mango, splattering across his fur and sending him sprawling onto his back.

"Oh no!" Korra had tripped too, falling and landing on top of him.

"Ahahaha!" they laughed in unison, their game thrilling them. Both foxes were very young, only about 5 months old at this point. Korra scrambled off of him and they both stood up and smiled sadly at each other.

"I wish you didn't have to go." Lychee sighed sadly, his smile lingering as he remembered all of the great times they had been having. Korra had come on vacation to visit the tropical island from Alaska. She was a true snow fox and didn't belong here. They had to play in the shade so that she wouldn't pass out from the heat.

"I wish I didn't either..." she said, her ears lowering in sadness.

"Korraaaaa!" a voice boomed.

"That's father." she frowned. "I have to go." Korra touched her nose to Lychee's cheek. "Bye, Lychee, I'll never forget you." A shell necklace that Lychee had created for her hung around her neck and she gently nudged it with her muzzle to prove her point. "I hope we'll see each other again some day!" she called over her shoulder as she raced off.

Lychee sighed heavily and flopped onto his haunches. The horrible thing about living on this island was that he made so many friends that had to go away later. He was used to goodbyes like this, but he couldn't help sorely missing all of his old friends that he had had so many fun times with. Flicking his ear, he stood up and began to slowly walk back towards the huts that his family lived in. He'd probably have to water some fruit bushes today.

Lychee looked to the sky, "Can't you bring me a new friend I can keep?"
