Because I posted a form for review more than once on different pages and I did a really neat thought out form for Manatee... I just feel ignored on poh

It's not that you were ignored. Our crit staff is currently in a bit of disarray, so they haven't been fulfilling requests like they normally would. Maybe your form was good enough to win Manatee, even without crit. You never know. :3
