Why you want to judge:
I'd love to help this place out and I enjoy reading others' forms and seeing what they some up with for different characters. Also, I like to see old and new characters alike going out to homes that will care for and love them, and I would love to be a part of that process (:

Experience:Ive judged competition entries many of times but normally not apps.
Why you want to judge: I want the experience and I want this agency to be well-known. This should help you out too because now there is a judge who will think things a bit differently (see other)
Do you plan on judging again: I would like to be permenant if you like me enough
Other: The way I judge isnt really based on the length or speech of the app (anyone can make a short story or use sophisticated words). I judge based on the way the app is written. I decide who wants the character most and who will use it most. Its complicated to describe, but my judging techneque is rare and I think its a good way to judge.
Also, a question--does someone save the apps when theyre posted or do the judges have to look through all the pages when they need to judge?

No, jeesh I got everyone confused, huh? I love whim characters, they are sometimes the prettiest of all. Feel free to donate them. What I want to steer away from is people making characters for this agency, just for the sake of making characters for this agency, as in to speed up when adoptions will open or to steer competition away from the pet they are trying out for. I don't mind if you decide on a whim that you want to make a pet, then, while making it or later on, decide you think it'd make a nice donation to CASS.

Also, Darry, that is exactly the kind of thinking I want in judges here as that is the one kind of judging that can help fulfill our mission. In fact, that is the way I judge, though I do take notice of a good story as well because I like to see who can love them the most, use them the most, and treat them the best xD However a good story doesn't necessarily = long/wordy/mistake-free.
