Wes, I am not by any means trying to tell you how to run this, just stating my opinion, but I think that flash created pets should no longer be available to donate.

Well, I think (IMO) she wants pets that are donated from people who've had their pets for a time are to be put first. I wouldn't think that we should stop taking in "art pieces" altogether, as some people like a fresh slate and/or spur-of-the-moment pets.
