well, if i never! people! black mambas are not physically black! do a darned web search!!!! they are named because inside their mouths it is black!!!! they are a more earthy color with a pale belly!
seriously, i cant stand the animal kingdom getting misjudged by names!!! i really believe animals should be drawn to their nature, not the believed and unknown form people think up at the name.
