Condition fulfilled? [small text/explanation pls]: I draw with a bamboo medium and various art programs came with it like adobe photoshop elements 8 came with it. I am very familiar with working with layers and am quite experienced with the program generally.
I pretty much visit chickensmoothie every day. Designing is something I really love, so it would be easy for me to come up with new designs.I will do my very best to fit the litters. And I adore carpet-sprites, so I would love this job.

(This is a mere suggestion) Since lots of people love Carptet-Sprites, you should make Carpet-Sprite avatars! (so we can post them in our signatures!) I mean, there sooooo adorable, and since there aren't any up for adoption at the moment, we can still enjoy their little furry company!!!

That would be a good idea. If the Artists are up to it, they could make some freebie ones or ones of our carpet sprites. I never thought of that! Of course, it is the Artists' choice.

Condition fulfilled? [small text/explanation pls]: I know all the rule, basically like the back of my hand, I am not 18 {15 and a half XD}, But I believe I can do the job just as good as one.
Audition: I believe I should have this job because not only do i run my own adoptions but i also run a few sites, I have learnt how to deal with different kinds of people and I would love to be of help to this wonderful adoption agency. I learn very quickly and am on every day several times, And I believe a place without enforced rules, is a chaotic place. I will be strict with rules but also fun to be around I will also know when to be softer. I can also take critic, so I will accept if i make a mistake and i will learn from it and not make it again!

I'm on CS everyday for around 2-3 hours (extra on weekends). I am under 15 and I'm very willing to learn. I know the rules of CS and Carpet-Sprites.
Audition:
I'm willing to learn and I think this will benefit me not only on other threads on CS but also in other forums and in RL. I'm online everyday and I can step up whenever there's a problem and no mini-mod is there to help. When something happens and it's not written on the CS rules of the Carpet Sprite rules I can use my common sense/ logic to help give an answer. I'm young but mostly considered quite mature for my age. I own some threads that I mod regularly as well has modding some other threads and forums. I'm willing to help others and I won't scream at them or get angry that easily.
Other:
I would love to help out and be 'apprentice' to some of my friends and you.

Condition fulfilled?: Yes, the conditions are fulfilled. I can color and design, and do it every week (Unless I happen to be away without my laptop and tablet). I can give critique and suggestions to Junior Colorists as well, but without being harsh and without bashing the design. I am on CS/the computer for a long time every day, like 5 hours because I have no life I really like using the computer and being on CS.
Audition: My own adoptables, Cloudariums, as well as my deviantart (Although how that will help with adoptables, I don't know? I guess you could look at the Aywas designs to see how I can work with linearts not created by me.)
