I was wondering something, and it doesn't seem to be answered anywhere - what happens if only one person posts a form for a design, but the application is very weak with no thought put into it at all? Would the person get the character, as they were the only one to apply, or could their form be rejected by Wendigo/the artist as insufficient?

Species: Horse(if it's possible to change the species, I will convert the design as accurately to an equine as possible)
Personality: Ferai is.. well... She is hard to describe. In her younger days she was a very enegetic mare, always looking out for trouble, and always having a sharp remark just waiting ot be said. She never really slowed down once she became an elder, exept she is not so hyper anymore. She likes to mess with the foals by telling them scary stories about the mentally disturbed eastern herd. She trusts the herd members fully, all exept the leaders second-in-command, which she belives to be a spy(he isn't she's just being paraniod). Even though she sometimes scares the foals, she loves them all as they were her own, adn she will protect them to the last, she knows when to get serious and when it's okay to mess with them.
Likes: Telling stories, messing with foals, getting her way, and foals.
Dislikes: The eastern herd, the leaders second-in-command(no name yet)

Ferai was born in the glory days of the herd, ´when it was only one herd united. She witnessed the change that happened, how her father got insane, it hurt her, but she pushed the feelings away. The year she turned 5, the herd broke apart, and Ferai was left to choose between the grassy lands of the western meadow, or her dad. She choose top stay with the easterns, and as the time went by, she began to not feel anything for the dad she once had, instead she led the westerns in an attack against the easterns. They eventually succeded, and the thorn apart herd was together again. The herd was under her leadership for a long time, until she coose her succesor: Silverstorm a promising young stallion. She was his second-in-command for a year, before the incident happened, and Silverstorm was forced to banish a small group of horses(the easterns herd now). WHen she retired from her advising duties, she didn't get to choose who was going to be second-in-command after her. She dissapproved of the hotheaded stallion the leader choose, and retired being as sharp tounged as ever.

Fuego was given up for adoption with many of his family, he has several siblings that are equally elemental oriented. He also has some more mundane cousins. He has been adopted before but the owners weren't ready to deal with a fella with such a fiery personality. He gets along extremely well with other animals and his best mate is a giant fox demon.

Species: Sparenel wolf(It's my own made up breed)
Personality: She's shy and meek. She can get lonely easily. Sorry for being so short. I like to give my characters basic personalities if I'm going to put them in a story(which is what I would do with Yozora), because it leaves room for them to develop,
Likes: Spring, flowers, friends(even thought they're hard to make for her), peace, dancing, singing, and music.
Dislikes: The dark(because she can't see in it!), mean people, violence, being alone, winter.
Background: Well, because of her not being able to see in the dark, her bobtail, and her meekness, her pack thought there was something wrong with her and left her in the forest alone when she was only a few months old. She is found by Orion. Orion is...well, I guess you could think of him as a reverse-werewolf. He's a wolf most of the time except for on new moons. But he's kind of a selfish, hard wolf. So he finds Yozora alone, and just plans to leave her at first. Then he realizes she will be found by his parents(who he's running away from. He want's to have the most powerful pack in the known world) and he kind of hates his parents and sees them as bad. So, he takes Yozora with him. And she's going to kind of change his life. That's all I have so far. Sorry, this probably doesn't make much sense without knowing the whole story. ^^" Yozora will get her own storyline eventually. ^^
