Condition fulfilled?:: I am at a young age [under 12] and very active on CS. I normally stay on it for about 4-12 hours a day, browsing the forums and posting in role-plays. I think I could be a good Mini-mod in training, and help the mini-mods if need be. I am a good learner [I like to learn] and would help to the best of my ability. I am also a hard worker, trying my best in all I do. I love to help people and I am very mature for my age, people thinking I am 15+. I am up to the job and up to new learning, I am also available to submit a litter shorter than two weeks. I also take time, and not rush while making litters. I worked on pixlr.com the most and would color there, also, pixlr.com can support PSD files. I am around the age of 13.

Condition fulfilled? [small text/explanation pls]: I have Photoshop and GIMP, which can open PSD files. I have experience with coloring in designs for adopts. On DA, I am a colorist in adoptable groups, like Kirikitties and Canvas-Cuties. I also create my own adoptables and sell them on DA. I am on everyday and almost all day. I always check in to see if I can catch a litter. I would love to teach the junior colorists on how to color in linearts and how to color in lines. This would be a fun opportunity for both colorists and junior colorists to interact and learn from each other.

I am on everyday, unless I'm at the beach or something for a day, and I can take criticism quite well. I also have a bunch of free time, so I can make as many litter as you want me to . I'm also really open to learn, your art is amazing, and so is a lot of other peoples here. I've also been working with blending and such to make my lines smoother . ^^ Oh! And I DO know how to make it transparent .

I can do as many carpet sprites/litters are is required/ wanted of me. I constantly seek constructive criticism as I strive to be the best artist I can be. I've still got a lot to learn as a newer artist such as proper shading and techniques. I feel that this would be an excellent learning experience for me

Condition fulfilled? [small text/explanation pls]: I use Photoshop CS4, so I can open the psd files. I'm quite active here, online at least twice a day, and I also have an artshop, which had a long break but is back at business now. Nonetheless I'm sure I'll find the time to create at least one litter a week, since creating adoptables is such a lot of fun. I have an adoptables thread too, where you can see some examples... but they're old, because I didn't worked on my adoptables anymore for quite a long time now. So... the shading might look weird, I'm better at shading now. Most recent examples can be found at my artshop and on dA.

Mini-Mod In Training

I am only slightly younger than 15 and quite mature compared to others my age. I have been on ChickenSmoothie since February of 2009. I am extremely familiar with the rules and really hate to stray from them. Even though you don't see me posting here too often, I check the thread every time there is a new post to see what is going on. I know the rules on this thread and have gotten used to how things work around here. I know I do have stuff to learn, but I am willing to work with anyone who wants to help me. I try to be on as much as I possibly can. Usually, I am on for hours at a time every day. However, there are some days when I can't find time to log on at all.
Audition:
I run a role play where it is mainly focused towards those who aren't up to constantly writing paragraphs at a time. With that type of "beginner-friendly" role play comes the people who don't really care about the rules or can't bother to read the front page. From this, I've come to learn how to correct people on their behavior. I also took charge of the 6-8th grade band as Drum Major for the parade and it has helped me become a little more assertive while still being a likeable person. I enjoy being nice, but I am not afraid to step up and enforce the rules if the need arises. I also love receiving constructive criticism to help me learn and excel at my work, so I accept critique quite well. I am also not afraid to ask questions or for help. Nothing is more satisfying when a thread runs like a well-oiled machine. ^_^
Other: I am so happy that I even got the opportunity to at least try to get this job. I love these Carpet Sprites and would love to be part of the thread. Good luck to everyone else who applied.

I use Photoshop CS5 and other various photoshop programs and GIMP too and those programs can open .psd files. I used to have art shops but I have don't time for them anymore. I work on customs for myself and others for free. I used to have adoptable threads but they were simply not popular. I'm super active on CS, during breaks I'm on the whole day and during school, I come on when I get off of school until by bedtime which is around 10 - 12 PM. I have various of places where I keep my images. I can come up with intricate designs and great in color in the lines. I do use a tablet to help with the small intricate details. But my shading looks weird but I can do simple shading. But if I can work here I can certainly keep my requirements and I can make a couple of litters ahead of time.

I noticed Carpet Sprites when it was first released but I can't get one and yeah. Pretty much everyone is too quick for me. So I would like to help release more litters so its a better chance for other people to get one at least. And I don't mind criticism since they can help me improve a lot. So if I get the job here, I can improve a lot more, especially on proper shading and highlighting techniques. I'm not exactly the best, but I can always improve to become better. I hope to work with the staff!
