Hersh grew up in a big forest with a small herd. He and his herd lived in the quiet clearing in the middle of the forest, which had never been touched by human hands. There were few predators, and a quiet always-flowing stream ran through the center of the peaceful clearing. One day Hersh and his friends were playing and splashing in the stream and his father herd something and signaled to run, but Hersh was frozen, with fright. Everyone had gone by the time the yearling realized the noise was humans.
The next thing he knew, he was on ropes, headed in the opposite direction his herd had fled. He had fought the ropes, but it was no use, and he was exhausted how, and followed quietly behind, scared, and alone feeling.
Hersh had learned to love humans, because his humans were nice and forgiving, and never hurt him, and they trusted each other. One day, Hersh and his girl, she was tall, young and had blonde hair, was taking a trail ride, when he thought the area looked familiar, but he couldn’t ever recall coming here. Puzzled, he thought and thought, until he realized, he was getting closer and closer to his forest! Soon, he smelled familiar scents, and knew exactly where he was. Randomly, he broke into an excited gallop, his back mane whipping his rider’s face, his hooves pounding the soft mossy forest floor.
When he arrived at the clearing, he skidded to a stop, and stared in shock; It was almost unrecognizable, there was no green grass left, just dry cracked earth beneath him. There was only a few puddle of non flowing stagnant water left in the small creek. Hersh could smell horses, not his family, but it was stagnant and old. What had happened here, Hersh wondered.
He wheeled around, too sad to look, and felt tears run down his long brown face. Head hung low, Hersh walked home quietly, scared, yet again.
The girl noticed his disappointment, and stroked the white on his head to try to comfort him. She spoke softly and was reassuring.
It didn't help Hersh much. He was so lost and confused as to what happened to his family, and a million questions were zipping around his head; where is my herd? are they okay? what happened to my home? Will I ever see any of them ever again?
Hersh and the girl arrived home, put him back in his circular paddock, latched the gate softly, and headed into the barn to fetch Hershey some feed and fill his water, though she knew he probably wouldn't touch it. seeing her best friend, made her very sad, though there was little she could do to make him better, and they both knew it.
Hersh remained in this depressed state for almost a week, about four days, and he was getting thin. The girl went in often to check on him, but the same thing every time. She smartly laid off riding, as it might upset him further.

I will use him for breeding, and as a stallion charrie.

Personality:
Kimi is a dark horse, buried in secrets with no way out. Her defense against the world is fighting back. She veiws the world as one big thing trying to agonize her life, ever since her father died. She stays away from others and is agressive towards those who try to be nice. Although Kimi is agressive, she really is misunderstood. Really she is nice and calm but the world is playing with her head. All she needs is someone to get under her shield and find who she really is.

Background/History:
The pines whispered ever so lightly, as the clouds hid the moon. Darkness fell upon the plains but the horses were not worried, about that anyways. Achak, a proud bay stallion, stood on a small hill that over looked his herd. His eyes closed, his back turned to his horses. He strained his ears to hear for some sort of noise in the forest. Behind him a group of senior knights and mares.

"Achak, Maybe... Maybe someone should go look for her." a roan horse stated nervously.
There where many whispers among the band that stood behind the stallion.

"Alsoomse! That would be against the Spirit Code." whinnyed Eluwilussit, the Shaman. Crestened, Gaagii for his raven like behaviors; the Shaman trotted over to the bay stallion. He stuided his fine features, and knew thier father had been right to choose him to procede his rein.
"Brother. All we can do for your mate is wait." Gaagii snorted softly. His brother nickered in answer and remained facing the woods.
"And brother. She will be fine."

"You're alright my little one." the sweet voice of her mother called to her as Kimi stuck to her flank. "We're almost there. Your father will be so proud."
They continued through the woods and Kimi squinted, the sunlight was getting brighter and brighter. She snorted, at the new smells of the plains.

Then blinking, they pulled to the edge of the forest.
"Whoa! Its amazing!" Kimi whispered. The birds swooping through the air, horses grazing, bees buzzing. Ears perking she saw a bay horse standing on a small hill facing them.

"Momma! Momma! It's him! It's him!" she squealed. And with that she raced toward the stallion. As she reached him his eyes fluttered open.
"Hiya Papa!"

"Hello there my little one!"

"NO!"

It woke the rest of the mares, the Dams and the foals. She didn't care. It didn't happen, it couldn't have. For two years her father had trained her to be second in comand behind her brother. For two years her father had been there. For two years everything had been right.
Now he lay there dead.

"Kimi, Kimi!" her mothers shaking voice came. "Kimi, It'll be okay! We have your brother to lead us!"

Kimi spun around, away from her mother.
"NO, NO, NO, I don't CARE if he is leading us! I don't CARE!" She whinnied in rage. "Not only was Achak my teacher, my guide, and my father! He was my BEST FRIEND!"
She galloped to the hill where she had first saw her bay father, where his memories were.

"Remember Kimi, when danger is coming you'll be able to saftly escape if you use your other senses to find it before sight."

"But Papa, what if I can't? Will I have to fight?"

"Yes Kimi, but be strong."

"I will, for you Papa! For you!"


Use:
Kimi would be a character of mine and perhaps a RP character. She would have a spot on my character thread and one on my heart. She would get art by me and I would order some from others. I would put her in a story and know she would gallop through my head and my heart.

Personality:
Kiche is a tame and gentle stallion. His heart knows where he belongs and knows that the world changes. He accepts the fact that things change and there's no changing it. He is super loyal and very protective. Mostly to and of his owner, and his friends. Kiche is very trusting but he is wise when trusting strangers. He thinks before he talks and acts, and is very polite. He doesn't really care for other stallions but is a sucker for mares and foals. Overall, Kiche is polite, gentle and loyal. He values friendship, family and good times.

Background/History:
The sun lit up his golden chestnut body as he galloped across the grass. Muscles rippled as he took a breath of the mountain air. The eagle was soaring high in the air and the wind whipped back his black and white mane. His heart filled with joy as he looked over his land. His home. His family.
Everything was perfect.
And oh how badly he wanted it to be that way.

"Whoa boy, Whoa. You're alright I won't hurt chya." The man's soothing voice pierced through his dream.
Blinking, Kiche stood up. His nostrils flared, trying to catch the mountain air again. It didn't come. Hanging his head, he shuffled away from the man.

"Hey boy you're alright. Where's that wild mustang I caught?" the man questioned him.

That. Did It.
Kiche spun around. His ears flat, nostrils wide, and teeth bared. He flung himself at the prison keeper.
Charging, full blast, with everything he had.
He ran the man to the fence, whinnied with dignity and reared.

"There's that stallion."






Use:
Kiche is going to be a character with a spot in my character thread, right next to Kimi. I'll get art and/or make my own of him. He will trot into my caracters with open arms. I think I will continue Kiche and Kimi's story together. I dont know where it will lead us but we will be together to the end.
