So yeah, it's a wolf with shredded ears, glowing paw pads, phoenix wings, a phoenix tribal mark, glowing eyes that have no pupils, and a lion tail with a flame at the end (so he/she leaves a trail of fire behind him/her wherever he/she goes.)

I left gender and name options open, since it's your character and not mine. But if you want, I could think of a name I guess
