Description of Entry: Little black kitty with shimmering fur and the derpiest looking pumpkin he could find. Big yellow eyes like moons to illuminate the dark. White splotches on his fur like paint. I SWEAR it looks better up close lol

Description of Entry: sparklekitty... beautiful florescent creature...
no specific inspiration other than. neon. but some design notes: raccoon inspired markings on the face & tail (tail is split horizontally across the middle, purple & green ontop, pink and orange below) - pink and purple stripes on the legs - sparkles of various colors on the back/body - some subtle yellow & orange stripes on the chestfluff - and an incredibly joyful pumpkin....
all of this can be changed, simplified, or is up for interpretation i dont really mind CACKLING
