🦋 Describe-a-Whisple Contest 🦋

What a lovely day for some whisplewatching! As you sit out in nature, observing the flitter of whisples, you can't help but notice that some of them are, well, unusual. You grab your field guide and flip through it. Fox whisples, opossum whisples, bunny whisples, binturong whisples, cow whisples, sheep whisples... It goes over all the varieties of Usual Whisples and their basic traits, but you find nothing that quite matches the one you are staring at right now! In excitement, you quickly begin to jot down a new entry...

For this contest you will be describing an Unusual Whisple, and in doing so you may attract the attention of an Unusual Picky Whisple that fits your description! Please check the rarity guide to see what qualifies as Unusual Whisple.

All participants automatically receive 25 lime candies Three winners will each receive a custom Whisple based on their entry, with the ears/tail of an animal of their choosing! Any new animal ears/tail combos from the winning entries will also be added to the line archive and used for future Whisples!

Guidelines:
- Entries should not exceed 300 words, and may be as simple or as detailed as you like
- The animal ears/tails do not need to be included in your entry, as there is a separate spot on the form for it
- Please do not use any images in your entry, however you are encouraged to refer to things to make it clear what you are describing i.e. "The wings of *insert specific type of moth here*" "markings that resemble like *insert type of plant here*"
- For colors, you may simply state the name of the color or use a hexcode.
- You may elaborate on the traits given as examples in the rarity guide, or describe new traits that still fit within the minor to moderate line art or add-on limitation
- Line edits representing disabilities are considered a Usual trait, and while you are free to include them in your entry you will also need to include 1-2 Unusual traits to qualify

Animal ears/tail of Whisple if I win (Not limited to existing line art): Lion
Entry: A deep green and bright pink Whisple with bright monarch butterfly wings, and curly antennae to match! It has little non-removable round glasses on the bridge of its nose. Its markings are a simple underbelly, a raccoon-like mask over the eyes, and "socks" covering its paws.

Animal ears/tail of Whisple if I win (Not limited to existing line art): Bat/stub
Entry: A half and half(straight along the back), Red - left side and black merle - right side with a red and black nose matching each side. White around nose meets on forehead and brown cheeks on both sides that meet underneath the eye from the edge of her lips to the half way point of her cheeks. Has two beautiful 3 point nearly cream like antlers, green - black side and blue - red side eyes as well as a gorgeous hibiscus flower tied around her wrist that's white with a light reddish pink flowing from the middle to the white.

Animal ears/tail of Whisple if I win (Not limited to existing line art): tail: chameleion, ears: see entry
Entry: This must be a very shy Whisple, as one of it's ears (left ear when we view it) covers one of it's eyes. They are a pale purple, with darker purple accents, and teal eyes. One bracelet, similar color to the gemstone "peridot", reside on each of their arms. Their tail is shorter than normal, due to an accident when they were younger. Their wings are similar to those of a Luna Moth, albeit not as long. Their antennae are also very short and wide, also similar to a Luna Moth's. They also happen to have longer legs than normal, and prefer running/jumping to flying. (please let me know if I need to change anything!)

Ears: Tiny, cat-like ears, mostly obscured by the gazelle-esque horns
Tail: This Whisple doesn't have a tail, but if that's necessary, then I'd like to
choose a crocodile tail!

Entry:
This Whisple has a sleek, dark grey body laced with glowing cyan markings that pulse
like electrical surges, tracing along its muscle fibres. Armoured plates, matching the
tone of its skin, are layered across its frame. Light grey spikes sit along its spine, completing
its menacing silhouette. Its visage is truly captivating: a chiseled, light grey skeletal mask
adorned with two sharp, slightly curved horns reminiscent of a gazelle’s. Its sclerae are
black as night, pierced by glowing cyan irises that burn with intensity.

Animal ears/tail of Whisple if I win:
Fox Ears with scorpion tail.

Entry:
Is this an arachnid?! This peculiar Whisple appears to look like a cross between a fox and a scorpion! It has sleek black fur with a shimmery greeny, blue colour striping on its back and sides. It has two extra legs in the middle of the body, all like those of a scorpion and two more at the front with pincers... Definitely 8 legs! Wow! Well I never. And what's this? As it flies It seems to have... Butterfly wing with sharp tips and red markings. It is like a hell spawn.

Entry: this Whisple is a dark blue color with luminescent light blue stripes like a tiger. It has white under markings on its belly and muzzle.
