1. Any USD commissions need to be discussed off-site. I will not respond to any PMs on CS that does not discuss cs pets or C$. Contact via Toyhouse (bee-a-trice) or discord (beeatrice or bee-a-trice#7334). Do not reach out to me via DeviantArt or there may be delays.

2. Payment must be sent before the piece is complete. The artist will send a rough sketch of the piece to the customer to proof/approve or to request any changes. Once approved, the customer must send payment. If payment is not received within 2 weeks, the commission will be cancelled.

3. If there is no response/feedback from the customer within 2 weeks, the commission will be cancelled. The customer will be contacted multiple times by the artist during the 2 week period to respond before the commission is cancelled. If the commission is cancelled after 2 weeks and the customer has already paid, they will not receive a refund.

4. The artist will not completely change or scrap a commission after the rough sketch is approved. If the customer asks for massive changes multiple times throughout the commission process, the artist and customer will discuss discontinuing the commission if the artist cannot produce something the customer is happy with. If the customer has already paid prior to the commission being discontinued, the artist will receive a 50% partial refund [as the customer will still need to pay for the time that the arist spent on the piece, despite the commission being discontinued].

5. Chargebacks, unauthorized disputes, or use of art without payment and rights will result in the customer being blacklisted from commissioning the artist and the customer will be reported for art theft.

6. I retain all rights to my artwork. That includes posting it publically, use it in portfolios, or to promote the artist's work. The customer cannot use the art for commercial purposes, NFTs, AI training, etc. without consent from the artist.

7. Commissions are for personal use only unless it is to be used in character contests or activities. In the event that the customer does not win the character contest or activity, the art must be given to the rightful owner of the character with the artist's credits attached.

8. Credit to the artist must be present everywhere that the art is posted or displayed at all times. When posted on the site, credit should be given to honee bee on chickensmoothie with a link to the artist's profile or CS shop.When posted off-site, credit can be given to bee-a-trice on Toyhou.se or bee-a-trice on DeviantArt. If the artist is posted without credit, the artist will contact the customer and give them 2 weeks to attach the proper credits. Failure to do so will result in the customer being reported for art theft.

9. Estimated turnaround time varies based on workload and complexity. The artist will provide a general estimate when accepting the commission and will keep the customer updated on the timeline or any delays that may arise. If the customer needs the commission completed by a specific deadline, that needs to be disclosed before ordering. An additional rush order fee will be applied at the artist's discretion.

10. The artist reserves the right to refuse service or discontinue a commission for any reason. The artist also reserves the right to add additional parts to the ToS over time. The artist will inform the customer of any updates to the ToS that occur during the commission. The customer is responsible for reviewing the ToS and staying updated prior to commissioning.

I accept alternative payment in the form of C$ or cs pets on chickensmoothie only.
Please review the following conversion rates:

Character Designs for C$:

USD to C$ - 100C$ for every 5 USD (or 20C$ for 1 USD)

• If a character is marked for 7.50 USD, then it is priced at 150C$
  
• If a character is marked at 15 USD, then it is priced at 300C$

Character Designs for CS Pets:

• I accept cs pets as payment based on this guide to trading every pet on CS.
  
• I only accept pets on tier 8 or higher [in the guide linked above]
  
• The value of the pets must add up to at least the total C$ price of the character designs.
  
• I do not prioritize the value of CS pets when selling character designs. Please keep that in mind and know that I may decline any offers for character designs in exchange for CS pets unless you are interested in overpaying or “bribing”.
