You can breed two Pixel Horses at the breeding center. A breeding cost 2 wishlist pets.
If you have permission, you can breed your Pixel Horse with another owners Pixel Horse.
They will give 1-4 foals ( I am having the number from http://www.random.org/, so it's totally random.).
You can take all of their foals, or you can let people adopt them.
If the horse don't have a gender, you can't breed it.

When I make the foals, I PM the breeder. Please reply back with the names, genders and which one(s) are you taking.

You can't adopt these foals unless I put them up for adoption.
