Prismia is my X-Men OC! I got addicted to X-Men '97 and the original X-Men series, and I asked myself what my power would be if I was a mutant. Her suit is based off of Gwen Stacy's from Spiderman, but is not an exact copy.

Prismia is a 20 year old college student who is apart of the X-Men (90's(?)). She came to the X-Men at mansion at 18, in need of help of exploring her powers and discovering her potential. She controls the electromagnetic wave spectrum. Because she is capable of controlling radiation and microwaves, she had Professor X place mental blocks so that she would not be able to manipulate waves to reach those levels.
Lots of trauma happens but its very much TW and prob not cool with CS rules so it will not be explained here! :D But yeah trauma hooray

Her powers explained:
-Prismia controls the electromagnetic spectrum.
She has had caps placed on the spectrum so that she cannot control radiation (gamma waves) or microwaves, as they are too dangerous.
-Her suit is covered in thousands of little bubbles that instantly change color as she controls them.
-She can tap into radio transmissions.
-She can X-ray.
-She can create lasers by binding together infrared waves.
-She can create solid weapons by binding together light waves and gives them mass by positioning the light waves in a very specific way. This takes a lot of concentration and therefore energy, so it's not generally used.
-She can blind attackers.
-She can make holographic projections.
-She has an emotional aura which she can decide to show or not. You can just imagine typical mood ring colors, insert here lmao. Same thing with her eyes - her eyes are all different colors, but the emotions she feels the most will become the most prominent colors in her irises.
She is better suited as a stealth rather than an offender.
