Im wondering if theres a way for me to design pets so other users can adopt them? Like how you go onto the ‘adopt’ area and adopt pets there

Here and here are your areas to make and post adoptables for others to adopt. Either on Oekaki here or make them on your pc offsite.

You can also look through other users adopts and see if they are looking for artists.

To add to what Jackal said, since it sounds like you might be specifically talking about CS pets adopted directly from the site (here), these are only made by our official site artists and guest artists. Unfortunately, CS users cannot make or design pets.
