I think you have misunderstood.

If an equid is allowed 10 slots and you have already allocated all these slots you can add 4 for yourself. If you do this you will not get another 'free' slots to allocate for 4 years (either to yourself or another person).

You don't have to earn the 4 before you use them but you will not be entitled to any new slots until you have earned enough slots to cover any over the allowance.

So even this year's +1 as he was created at end of 2024, has to be earned instead?
Or are each year's +1, earn 1 per WME per year?
Reason thought it meant possibly 15 or +3 at that rate being I have 1 I've not given out, being the 11th he gets this year.

I guess I'm just getting confused with how others worded things here that that he'd have 15 in total = 5 for me due to this year's.
So regardless he's not at 11 as of 2025 and I need to earn that one if I want some month or year to earn a 15th (my case a 5th for myself)

What I was understanding was 14 in total but 4 for myself, then 3 more years "after" the year of 2025, the locked points being 2026, 2027 and 2028, being if I don't earn but wait based off of years +1 slot, was I can start claiming by 2029.
But if I do art or whatever ways it is to "earn" I would be down to only earning 2026+? Unless the +1 per year is to be the "earned" ones and not automatically unlocked.
I'm so sorry for being so horrible at understanding.. Different info got me confused sorta?
Also got confused with being told he'd be at 11 and the +4, that I'd be able to claim = 15 in total, 5 for myself.
So not sure if that means I have to earn this year regardless being unlocked... if I want more some year..?

Unless reason my 11th doesn't count is it is only counted based on year + month + day of creation? Eeep so sorry, feel like a horrible person right now for so many misunderstandings. I swear, I'm not trying to be overwhelming or a pain or anything. I just get confused easily...

I used 10 as an example because it was a round number.

In your specific case the maximum you can have is 14 unless you give away your 11th slot to some else before the deadline which I will confirm shortly.

Breeding is OPEN

We have opened the following slots:

• 10 valentines only breeding (one parent must be a valentines equid)
• 25 regular breeding slots

It is first come first served (one application per person). Once the limits have been reached we will post a list of who got slots (if more are taken before we can close). If you are not on the list then you did not post in time, please do try again in the next round.

We are looking to open smaller breeding rounds more often so do not worry if you miss this one.
