I have a bunch of Dungeons and Dragons characters for which I have a lot of love. I would love to have more artwork for them and since I'm indecisive in the art forum shop, I thought this might be easier.
Rules

2. You may only make one entry. (This is subject to change)
3. All art in this contest will be kept by me. By entering you permit for your art to be posted on and off-site with credit.
4. All skill levels are welcome! I will judge your entries on effort and composition. A big bonus is incorporating the character's backstory!
5. If you have any questions or want more info you can DM me.
6. All must be your own artwork. No tracing or AI. Traditional art is fine!
7. These rules might change or be added to at the judge's discretion.

Here are my characters you can choose from! I want to give a wide range of characters. I will mark each character with 🌙. The more moons, the more excited I am to get artwork of this character! That doesn't mean you're less likely to win when drawing other characters : ) These character don't knoe eachother, so you unfortunatly can't draw them🌙🌙🌙

Level 6 Human Ranger
Everett is a crab farmer who lives on an island known for its mangrove trees. He is charming, cocky, bullheaded and definitely isn't selling any of his crops illegally for profit (/s he is...). He has grown up on this remote island and has never gone too far. He does travel the murky waters around the island with his trusty boat. He absolutely can't read, but he will do his best. He always has tan lines, even if he never actually seems to wear a shirt...
A 26-year-old "wizard" who definitely finished the wizard college and didn't form a pack with an evil fiend so that no one would notice her arcane incompetence... noo... Thainá will do anything that her best friend Meera doesn't notice that she's a Warlock. During her adventure, she has been touched by ancient magic and fears that she is drawn to the dark side of magic. This is her patron, who can be female or male presenting if you want to draw them together. She has a cat familiar named Sable!

Sable was gifted to Thainá by Inzira and he follows her every step. Sable is very unhappy with his new predicament. Especially since his new babysitting job requires him to accompany an incompetent wanna-be wizard that had to make a pack with a fiend to even cast the most basic of spells... He honestly just wants to go home to hell.
Noa has always been extremely close to his little sister Akari. From a young age, he was her constant companion, sitting by her side for hours on end, reading stories of warriors, adventurers, and legends. Some of these stories were about their ancestors, who included famous and powerful sorcerers.
As Akari grew older, she began to write her own stories. She encouraged Noa to pursue his own dreams and become an adventurer like the ones they read about. She did not want to see her brother spend his life in Shinrai, and believed that the only way for him to truly come out of his shell was to leave and go on an epic adventure.
Although Noa was initially hesitant, Akari's persistence eventually paid off. He agreed to leave and learn how to use his magical abilities, hoping to become the kind of adventurer that his little sister would be proud of. He plans to collect small trinkets and souvenirs along the way to bring back to Akari, who may never be able to leave Shinrai due to her fragile physical condition.
As he embarks on his journey, Noa is excited by the prospect of seeing new lands, battling fierce monsters, and encountering powerful sorcerers like those in the stories he and Akari used to read. He knows that his little sister will be eagerly awaiting his return, ready to hear all about his adventures and the treasures he has gathered along the way.
(This is my character for my Wild Beyond the Witchlight campaign)
Erris is an unfortunate adventurer currently stuck in Barovia. As a barbarian, they try to use their trusty axe to slay any vampire spawn that comes their way. Although Erris lacks street smarts and intelligence, they make up for it with strength. After vampires wreaked havoc on the town where they currently reside, nothing can stop Erris from slaying every last one of them and helping their friends. This journey has definitely taken a toll on Erris's mental health. She is jumpy, anxious and will immediately leave if something too spooky (Which in Barovia happens a lot)(This is my character for our Curse of Strahd Campaign)I might add more characters later!
