Prompt: ('gorse thinking about/preparing for the future kits, for lore reasons while Morticia is the second parent of these kits they never had a litter together in lore.)

Bumblegorse had made all the needed changes to look after the kits for a time, he had already spoken to Speckledstar about Lil Hawk's veil training and talked to Gingerfrost about helping with crafter duties when he inevitably got stirr crazy before the kits were ready for him to leave their side. He was going to try his very best to be a good parent to them on his own but couldn't help but feel a stab of longing that the love of his life still wanted him around. He quickly pushed the thought to the side and resumed moving all the soft nesting material around until he was satisfied that he had made a safe nest for his kits. He wasn't sure what he wanted other than healthy kits.

He looks over to Lil Hawk's nest smiling softly, he and Morticia did a good job raising her. He just hopes he is as good of a parent without her as he was with her. He looks around humming as he heads out of the camp to look for some more things to keep in his den. He will need to keep the kits entertained after all, and without a second parent he can't just nip off to find some flowers to entertain the little ones with like he did with Lil Hawk. He hums a little tune to himself as he collects some kit safe things that might entertain them, a rock that's a little too big to put in their mouths, a funny shaped stick from a Dogwood tree, some bamboo shoots that broke off and dried out making them nearly hollow, feathers of all sorts of prey, and a cloth some twolegs forgot in the nearby park. He uses the cloth to drag his haul back to his nest, smiling to Lil Hawk when he sees her back in the den.

"Excited to be a big sister?" He asks her smiling happily.

"Yeah, they will like be right?" She asks nervously.

"Of course they will, you're their big sister." He sooths his eldest grooming her head.

Prompt: (Describes Streaking'Sun and Hana meeting)

Streaking Sun was walking through the woods, gazing down at the grasslands that lay just below the mountain. Something had urged her here, something not quite natural, though she didn't know what or why it was calling her here, up the mountain. She waltzed through the brambles and hopped over the streams, looking around to see anything that was interesting, anything that could've caused this feeling.

That is, of course, when she heard the branches snapping around her. Streaking Sun's head whirled around to try see the thing, or rather cat, causing the noise. She saw a pair of eyes in the bushes, one blue, one yellow.

"Reoow!"

Streaking Sun yowled as the other cat pounced on her, she kicked and hissed, hackles raised as she was pinned to the forest floor. The cat above her was not some wild cat, she smelled of two-legs. Which was a surprise to say the least, Streaking Sun swiped at the she cat as a warning and zipped to her feet.

"Who are you?" Streaking Sun mewled, she could barely stop the shaking in her paws. She hated a fight and knew that she couldn't hold her own even if her opponent was a kitty pet.

"Relax~..!" she purred "I'm Hana."

"What kind of name is that..?" Streaking Sun chuffed

"Quite rude, darling, but it's a name. And it's mine." Hana chuffed, pacing around Streaking Sun. Even the kitty pet was taller than Streaking Sun.

"A name that's yours.. did you choose it?" Streaking Sun asked, her head cocked as she stepped forward, puffing her chest up, trying to show confidence, trying to feel in control.

"Nope, my human chose it for me."

"Well then, how's it yours?" Streaking Sun asked

"Well, I embrace it." Hana said, blue-yellow eyes, glancing in Streaking Sun's direction, her maw curling into a smirk, a playful smirk. Not the kind that felt threatening, something that felt warm and friendly.

"O-kay.. Well, why are you here?" Streaking Sun asked

"Something called me here" Hana said "Something.. strange."

"Oh, same." Streaking Sun asked.

"Wanna walk together?"

"Sure." Streaking Sun replied

And that's exactly what they did, the two cats decided to explore the upper parts of the mountain. Having, what was honestly a blast, and bonding together. That's how Streaking Sun and Hana met.

The love that Meadowbird and Honeycrisp share is unparalleled. One thing that they share is their love of adventures - something that they have passed down to their other kit, Hawkpaw, and hope to pass down to any future kits they add to their family as well.

When Meadowbird has her second litter, Honeycrisp is overjoyed. They are ready to keep planning adventures to have with Hawkpaw, and the new kits. Though their plans are lighthearted, happy, and calm - life in the clan is anything but around the time the kits are born. The clan has been divided into two, half angry at Hemlockstar for his leadership style, or lack thereof. Half supporting their leader unconditionally. The rift all started when Hemlockstar had his own kits with a cat outside the clan, and accusations of disloyalty started circulating.

Meadowbird and Honeycrisp's kits would be a catalyst into settling the dispute. Where Hemlockstar's kits are being targeted, especially by Starfire, a Seer of the clan, Meadowbird and Honeycrisp's kits would be there to calm the storm. The curiosity of a kit is unrivaled, and they would breach the gap between the clan and the 'outsider' kits. The clan, particularly Starfire and her followers, would see that if these young, clan-born kits can accept Hemlockstar's family as part of the clan, then they can too.

The kits will also grow to be best friends with Starfire's own kits, much to her frustration. Starfire is going to realize through these kits that she has been wrong to be so judgmental of others, that there are good things in the clan and that cats can choose their own destiny - not everything written in the stars is set in stone. Starfire has been having a lot of visions about the 'kits of the prophecy,' and for a long while she was convinced these were Hemlockstar's kits, and prophesized the destruction of the clan because of them. But as more kits enter the picture, potential catalysts of the prophecy, she grows to realize that maybe she read the signs all wrong. Maybe the kits were actually saving the clan from destruction?

Call of the Snowy Egret glanced at sky, wondering. Would the cats in the Tribe of Dusty Winds forgive her if she didn't tell them who the father of her future kits was? He came from the Twoleg-place, which was she she'd been sneaking off to. Surprisingly, only Quick Lashing Branch, a Fang, had noticed that Egret was going anywhere, and she said that she wouldn't tell the Tribe what Egret was doing. It was Egret's secret to tell the Tribe.
The stars blinked back at her, and the soothing starlight draping her fur.
It didn't matter what other cats thought of Egret, because soon she would have one or two little bundles of joy that she could teach all about life in the Tribe.

Twinkling stars dappled the deep blue sky, their vibrant glow seemingly the only source of guidance on this otherwise dark evening. The wind struck long blades of grass, a soft whistle echoing off the surfaces of each blade. Soon, a silver figure made her way through the field, crouched to the ground. The fur of her chest tickled against the grass, her blue eyes locked forward. She was in search of something - but what? Her nose twitched for a moment, and with a deep inhale, she was off. She had moved into the night, weaving between each tree gracefully, as though she had a map of the entire clan's territory engraved into her head.

Then, her pupils enlarged. The aroma that struck her was mesmerizing - unfamiliar, and yet it screamed elegance, which piqued the magical molly's curiosity. With a sharp breath in, and a swing of her paw forward, a blue portal opened before her, and the silver molly flung herself forward, emerging upon a tree branch. She landed before an unfamiliar molly, whose yellow eyes pierced through Lily's very soul. Lily watched as the cat stumbled backwards, her back pressing against the bark of the tree behind her.

"WHAT WAS THAT?!" The molly yipped. Lily stood in silence for a moment, looking the cat over. She had never scented her clan before, or any cat like her, yet she had made it this far into the clan's borders. After a moment of silence, Lily spoke, the tips of her ears heating up. The molly was beautiful - a feeling she had never felt before fluttered in her very being. "Uh.. sorry to scare you? I'm Lily. From the Heart of Decay."

"Cove.. What are you doing out here this late, I thought your clan scavenged during the day."

"I may.. or may not be adventuring." Lily grumbled, her voice laced with guilt. "Honestly, I caught your scent and it caught my interest. That sounds.. weirder out loud."

"It's fine. Just glad you're not hostile." Cove said with a smile.

A moment of silence was shared between them before Lily sat beside Cove on the branch. Their tails naturally touched one another, Lily's ears pinning back in surprise. But it was just one interaction. How could it hurt?

The two mollies danced in the moonlight, exchanging words with small smiles. That would be the first and last time Lily saw Cove.

A small wave of scarlet blotted his vision. Forcefully blinking out the warm blood, Rook stared at the cat he had been so foolish as to fall in love with. The graceful evil embodied in her scared him now although it was the same factor hat had attracted the older tom before. "Why are you doing this, Burningsky? What happened to you? To us?" Voice trembling wretchedly, a sob escaped his throat from the depths of his hollow belly. Blood dribbled down the scratch across his cheek, a dark tear mixing with his fur. The lilac she-cat continued staring at him, her cold, unforgiving gaze giving nothing away but disdain and toxicity. Her glittering ivory claws held the same touches of scarlet that burned along his jaw, the gash now starting to sting even more than it had when she had first struck him.

Looming nearby, her companion, a massive mountain lion cub she had adopted of the fire that had killed Burningsky's first litter. The cub, no longer as small as it had been that fateful day, loomed nearby, waiting. Hunting. Prowling. Clearly expecting a lethal command from the vicious killer of a she-cat. Finally, after long moments of silence, Burningsky spoke, her voice steady and level as she delivered her final, sharpened words to the heartbroken and betrayed tom. "I don't care for you anymore, Rook. You are the reason I live in this wretched place." Her unsheathed claws glinted in the fading sunlight, so lethal yet temporarily stationary against the rough stone of the mountainside. Crouching, he wrapped his tail tightly around his crow-colored hind quarters, blind eyes searching for some sort of moment of reckoning- one with a much more positive outcome.

Yet nothing changed.

The cat he knew was no more, she was now an assassin for Anala.

He was her first quest.
