Hi hello welcome to the Scarrots holiday event! This event is a flash MYO event -- but with a twist. Your scarrot can look like anything at all, and does not need to abide by the genetic guidelines!

All scarrots will still be given a random genotype for a future nursery, but their appearance does not need to match the genotype at all. You are free to use any colors and patterns you'd like.

    Rules:
    • One MYO per person.
    • Your scarrot can look like absolutely anything at all, and does not need to abide by the genetic guidelines! Their genotype does not need to match their appearance, but they do need to have one. Here's a generator to help!
    • You cannot add any line edits aside from the NR options currently available. You may custom line your MYO, but this should not add any traits that are not on the edits list already.
    • Your scarrot is not real until they have been approved by myself.
    • This event ends in about 2 weeks, when CS rolls over from December 26th to December 27th. No late entries will be accepted.
Form: (Post this on your scarrot's thread, not here!)
    Code: Select all

Scarrot genotype: Can I get random? I was trying the generator but I don't really know how to read the genes. Is tabby like cat tabby?
Scarrot edits: None!

Hi! MYO stands for "make your own" -- you have to make your own scarrot for this event by coloring in this drawing! You may commission someone else to make one for you if you'd like, but I am not making scarrots for people. This form is meant to be filled out on your scarrot's page when you post them!

Got it, that makes sense. Sorry for misunderstanding! :? Never done this before!

So I can color whatever, and then you would assign the gene? Or should I do the gene first, then the design?

All good, no worries! ^^
You can color absolutely anything you'd like on the scarrot! There are no rules on their appearance for this event (other than CS site rules of course) ^^ For this specific event, they don't need to have any specific genes and their appearance doesn't need to match their genes. You're welcome to ask that I assign you a random genotype if you'd like! Or you can generate a random one from the generator linked above, or you can write a random one yourself. The order doesn't matter since you don't need to match the appearance and the genotype (it's just there for use in breeding if I release a nursery someday)

About a 48 hour reminder before this event closes!
